This rental was absolutely perfect. My family came to town for my grandmothers funeral and this house was a home away from home as we processed her passing. It allowed us a safe secure place to rest and a relaxing place to visit and share memories. The house was clean and well stocked with appliances, dishes, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. The laundry and dishwasher were easy to use. I cannot say enough positive things about this rental! Great experience during a difficult time.

My family really enjoyed this place! The kids especially did with the down stairs area . It was set up nicely for them. The backyard area was awesome it was just too cold for us to enjoy. Thank you allowing us to used your space for our yearly family meet up. We knew was in the right place when ready the sign in the kitchen. It was a saying our mother said and had us sing every morning before school growing up. Thank you once again.

Johnny was very friendly and always quick to respond when I reached out. The house itself was wonderfully located and had all the amenities from a fully stocked coffee bar to crockpot and blender. It was very nicely styled and themed to KC. Plus a covered hot tub! Would come back if I needed an Airbnb in KC

Overall was ok. I would stay again and hope they get other folks to do the cleaning. not that it was horrible, just a few things that I personally felt should be better taken care of and maybe that is just a personal preference.

She was very responsive, very nice , house ws very cleaned , beds were very comfortable. the neighborhood was very nice and quiet , Kid friendly very spacious, comes with washer and dryer thats available to use she had everything you needed to wash your clothes everything was just great If i come back to Kansas me and my family will stay again it was close to everything we had on our itinerary! She also was there to answer all the questions i had asked her very fast ! Also house was excatly what was listed in the images nothing was different! 10/10 will recommend booking with her !

This is a very amazing home thats offer space for everyone on their trip. The basement down stairs is a nice private addition that really makes it worth it! Cash was very helpful and attentive host during our trip ! I would highly recommend looking into any rentals that he offers!

My best friend and I visited Kansas City to do a dog training workshop & mentorship at KC PET PROJECT. This location was super convenient to everything that we needed to do and had everything we needed, super comfy beds, and everything in the house was absolutely beautiful. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are visiting!

Wow !! I have stayed in many many airbnbs and this was one of my favorites…mainly because the host was so kind, accommodating… to the point that she went out of her way to get package since it arrived before we did. The house is charming, beds are comfy and had everything we needed. Can’t recommend it enough!

Nice, clean space. Neighborhood ks a little rough. Lots of ammenities, including bottled water, coffee, soda, basic toiletries. Neighbors were a bit loud during rhe day, and sometimes during the night, but not much you can do about that in an apartment setting. Overall, it was a good stay.

We had to come to KC in an emergency, and even though we checked in at 3:30 AM, Lance was responsive and everything was ready to go when we arrived. We then had to extend our stay at the last minute and again, very responsive and easy to deal with. Very high recommendations!

This was just as advertised, Jantina was a great host and the house fit great for our group. Jantina even reached out to wish our group good luck with our tournament. I just wish the weather would have cooperated better so we could have enjoyed the back patio and yard. The propane fire pit was a hit though! Thank you for the great stay!

Came into town with a group of friends and family for a two day event and this property was the perfect fit for us. The host was right on top of communicating back to me when I had questions. The teenagers especially enjoyed the outdoor deck which was extremely spacious. The coffee was supplied and the host had provided more than enough supplies for the adults that stayed.

We loved our stay here. This cabin feels much larger than the photos and was so comfortable. Well decorated, good lighting (most Airbnbs forget the lamps), and so clean. The kitchen was also helpfully stocked. We’ll stay here again.

Great place with plenty of open space for groups. Basement was perfect for late night hangouts without waking others up or disturbing the quiet hours. Would definitely book this place again and plan to in the future! Super cozy beds which seem to be hard to find on this app. Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. Couches were also super comfortable! Highly recommend
