Monthly Rentals in Patsch

The apartments was just perfect, comfortable and clean! Everything was so nice, the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room and the bedroom. It was really a pleasure! And Jasmin so friendly and available!

We had a perfect stay at Christine’s! Wow, she really has thought of everything imaginable to make the stay perfect. Great local location, quiet area, very clean, very well equipped kitchen with essentials, comfy bedding and we felt at home straight away. The home itself is extremely beautiful with lots of small touches to make it very comfortable and homely. The home is an easy 15 minutes bus ride from the centre of Innsbruck old town and the buses come every 15 minutes! Very nice to stay out of the hustle of town but with easy access. The welcome card was perfect to get buses for free. Would definitely stay again, we didn’t want to leave! ^_^

I had a great stay here. The host is very friendly and is easy to reach if you have any questions. The apartment has all you need for an extended stay in the Innsbruck area (e.g., washer, iron, vacuum cleaner) and was very clean upon my arrival. The nearby bus stop with frequent buses to and from Innsbruck every hour made it very convenient for me to commute to the city daily for work. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment!

Angelika has done a great job converting her place into a comfortable apartment with amazing views from two sides. It is maybe 10k outside of Innsbruck, near the Patsherkofel (sp?) lift. The location is quiet but with easy access to Innsbruck and surrounds. The space is cozy and warm. Angelika has made amazing use of tight spaces and she has thoughtfully provided many conveniences. Angelika provided us with recommendations for dining nearby, both of which turned out to be very good and affordable. And you should try her walnut schnapps!
