Grand Indonesia is in walking distance and the location is almost walkable with what you need. Additional facilities were also good to use because there was a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym. I wish it was a little cleaner, such as hair on the floor, but most of the time, it was clean and well-equipped with a washing machine, kitchen utensils, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc., so there was no inconvenience in staying. Check-in and check-out were also unobstructed.

Guaranteed a wonderful stay at Chynthia’s place. Squeaky clean, close to many places, overall it was a great apartment unit. Really recommended 👌

The apartment is very compact, with everything you need, and everything works smoothly. However, the building is quite worn out and is located at a busy intersection with a lot of traffic. It’s a good option for those staying for a few days on a business trip or visiting the city, as the price is quite reasonable with a discount.

Daniel is very patient and helpful before and during the time I stay here. Instructions to enter the room are very clear and easy. Wifi is good for working. This is an independent modern community where has almost every living facility but with kinda high prices. Not much things around nearby and need to use the grab if you want to go to the busy part of PIK.I don’t stay here for visiting so that’s fine. If you’re a traveler then better check the location first.
