Perfect stay! Beautiful place

Place was beautiful and near lots of restaurants. Veronica is very friendly and really responsable with any question you have or any concerns. Will be planing to stay again soon.

We stayed for three weeks and absolutely loved our stay! We felt right at home here and enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. The pool was perfect after a morning at Buyé beach. La Parguera is only 15 minutes away and we highly recommend trying the bioluminescence tour through Aleli Tours! The neighborhood is very peaceful and the sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous. Also, our host would respond with any questions within minutes so we felt very cared for. If you’re looking for a home away from home, stay here!

Great location. Lot of restaurants around. Surrounding are very quiet. Host always was available.

The location was perfect, with many nearby attractions or conveniences. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Joel and their property highly enough.

Great place to stay with a group. Had some trouble finding it upon arrival, smooth once we were there. The place is a close drive to the Parguera and accessible by the aame street so be mindful of late/ weekend arrivals as they do close the road and you will need to find an alternate route.

Loved the home, we had everything we need for our stay and more. Rick was a great host, very responsive to any questions. Overall awesome stay.

Had a group of 16 persons stay here. The place was as advertised and had many nice features such as multiple power outlets and games. Lisette was very responsive to any issues. Note that there are mosquitos in the open-air common areas, so come prepared with proper clothing or spray.

Our stay was wonderful, particularly regarding the location. It’s a well known rental and the view is spectacular. Great location if you rent a boat to go off venturing the cay’s.

Out stay was wonderful. The house was perfect for two families of 4 each. The kids had space to play games, the adults space to chill. The patio is a beautiful spot to take a morning coffee and has a great breeze. The rental is just a 15 minute walk into town where there is lots to do.

I stayed with my family of 8 for 4 nights. It’s in a great and beautiful location really close to La Parguera (5 min drive) and short drive to Boquerón, Cabo Rojo. The home had everything we needed, it was clean and had fun games and beach toys for my kids and us adults to enjoy like Dominoes and connect 4. We would definitely come back to stay at this home!

Wow - this place is fantastic. Super clean, cold a/c in the bedrooms, 2 full baths, fully functioning appliances, and a large table for eating together. Town is just a few steps away, our little boat fit perfectly on the dock, and we had a great time just sitting on the porch watching the boats glide past!

This location was perfect for my colleague and I to be close to Parguera marine options as well as conveniently located within driving distance to our stream sites. The neighborhood was quiet and a bit removed from town which we enjoyed.

We had a lovely relaxed weekend with 4 couples staying at Mari's "stilt house" in La Parguera. The house is built right over the water with the boat dock on the front of the house. The setting was beautiful and the sunrises and sunsets were magical - we were all mesmerized by the views and the flow of boats lazily passing by the house. Although there are 5 bedrooms, there are only 2 bathrooms and the sewer system is delicate so just be prepared if you have a larger group. The air conditioning ran great in all of the bedrooms, in fact we all were quite cold the first night until we figured out the optimum temperature. The walk on the wooden walkway from the dirt parking area to the house is quite long so I would definitely recommend a wagon or cart for transporting your groceries and gear - especially the ice and drinks. It's an easy 3-5 minute walk into the local small town. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and Mari was so kind and responsive!

We loved it! Take my parents and we had a great time. The place is spacious and with great opportunities to play and rest. The very comfortable rooms and the quiet neighborhood, the decor very nice. Even with the blackout (power outage) without notifying him they left us a generator to use and that we will not be damaged the things in the fridge. We would definitely come back!
