Whenever I go to PR I stay in Joyuda (I have family roots in the area), and more specifically in this building. I know him well because I've stayed in four different units. This apartment is by far the best of all who have rented. It's spacious, comfortable, accessible, safe, and has everything you need for a great experience. I recommend it and hope to be back soon!

The place is very quiet, excellent to rest and have a good time with the family. Very good communication.

Excellent location and place! We came with our kids during off season so we were the only ones on the premises. We had the pool and play area all for ourselves. Very clean and well maintained place. Lots of towels and fully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay!

The place is a retreat of peace. Perfect for disconnecting and enjoying with your friends. The place is too beautiful, on one side the beach and on the other side, pool. A starry sky, a peaceful silence, a dream location. The pool is perfect for adults and little ones. You are at the tip of Cabo Rojo, you can hike towards the Lighthouse. We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you !!!

We had a nice stay. The outdoor area was lovely. The neighborhood felt safe and private. It is a tiny home— which means you won’t necessarily have certain amenities— for example the shower had warm water but not necessarily hot. But since the weather was warm and pleasant, it wasn’t an issue for us at all. I would gladly stay here again. Kevin is a great host.

This place is awesome - the location affords you ability to swim/snorkel/kayak out your literal back door with a fantastic porch to catch the sunsets every night. The town is quiet and has tons of restaurants within a few minutes drive or even walk! Definitely check out the food truck (Otra'h Kosa) - the empanadas are amazing! Migas for breakfast is a short drive and Merenketengue in the same mall is some of the best Mexican food around! Having an iguana visit us a few times was fun, too! Points to note: the pictures allude to, but aren’t fully clear - the bathroom is open to the bed, so privacy is not there. Also, while the location is amazing for a beautiful place to enjoy the ocean, the road noise in the morning means you won't be sleeping in much. It would NOT stop me from booking again b/c the rest of the stay was FANTASIC but just a note if you're a light sleeper! Overall: DO IT! Hammock, sunsets, quiet town, and cute bungalow- you can't go wrong

Had a great stay. Plenty of room for family. The beach is less than a minute walk. There are pools everywhere on the grounds. Will stay again when on that side of the island.

You really can’t beat the location. Super close to everything, mini market close by, and walkable to downtown and activities. The place is clean and modern and Nataly was so kind and responsive. A few things: check in was a little confusing, but we finally got in with help from Nataly. Kitchen does not have condiments (salt, oil…etc), so make sure you bring or buy those things if you plan on cooking.

Villa Taína is a beautiful gated community that feels safe and welcoming. The cabin location is very convenient as the parking is right in front of the cabin, and a private beach is only a few steps away. The cabin had everything my family and I needed for a comfortable stay, including linens, towels, toiletries, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and many board games to choose from for a family night. The double kayak at the cabin is a plus! Maria and Daniel were very responsive, professional, and kind. They ensured our stay met our expectations. I recommend staying at Maria’s place!

Amazing place, very roomy for a family of four. If you’re looking for a quiet spot but good driving distance to the best beaches in the South West of PR, this is the place to stay. Dorkas was very friendly and responded to my questions immediately. The view from the balcony is also beautiful. The beds are very comfortable, take it from somebody who has back problems. I would love to come back.

Balcony provided beautiful views, serenity, and warm breezes while drinking our coffee, reading or watching sunsets. Apt is spacious and the hosts provided coffee and other welcome snacks upon our arrival. There are mountain biking trails right across the street that we used for hiking and seeing some more fantastic views. El Combate beach is beautiful and the list of restaurants in El Combate and all of the other towns was extremely helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The complex is well maintained, with a great swimming pool to relax and unwind. Playa Sucia nearby is absolutely fantastic, highly recommended for a visit.

Extremely clean! Easy walking to many great restaurants. We loved paddle boarding to the small island and saw sea turtles! The hosts were very helpful and friendly.

It's the seventh or eighth time, I've already lost count of so many times we've been to this property. I always meet with family and friends here. I can rest and feel at peace. The light goes out frequently in the area and the only drawback is the lack of a generator. However the owner achieves repairs in reasonable time. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay in front of the sea. We will return God through.

Great place to stay. Exactly as advertised. Everything was very clean and we felt very comfortable. Host provided everything we needed from beach towels to even a cooler to take to the beach. washer and dryer was a plus. Great location close to all the places we planned to visit while there. Communication was great. Host was very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely be back.

Carlos is a great host and communicator. The place is nice, clean, safe, great AC, and has a generator (bonus in PR). 👌💕 If you search Airbnb via map and "waterside" this location will show up but there is NO water or beach access. I don't think this is the hosts fault - it's the Airbnb filters. The listing says "drive" to the beach (which is true). The only reason for not giving a full five stars is value compared to Airbnbs nearby with direct beach access and walkable to restaraunts. Would stay here again! incredible beaches and food nearby. Joyuda is a hidden gem in PR!

The place overpass all our expectations, very quiet, relaxing, beautiful and the dreamy view. The photos don't do the place any more justice because it's so much more beautiful. We plan next year to come back to stay for more days.
