An amazingly located property in the countryside with not a sound around except the birds tweeting… sheep and cows in the paddock to keep you amused in a superbly laid out 3 bedroom cottage with comfortable beds and a relaxing living space and dining room… truly our idea of heaven

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and the gardens were expansive and lovely. The spa pool was a real treat! We were able to take our dog with us which was fantastic. He had a great time in the gardens. Alice was very helpful and responsive, delightful to deal with. We would highly recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The setup was perfect for our family. Our kids especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of beach toys, books, and games, which kept them entertained during downtime. The kitchen was hands down the best we've ever encountered in an Airbnb—well-stocked, modern, and spacious, making meal prep a breeze. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore. We also loved having the BBQ to use, which made for some great family dinners. Overall, a fantastic place for families looking for comfort, convenience, and a little extra attention to detail. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Jaimee's place! The space was exactly as described — bright, clean, and beautifully decorated. It was clear that Jaimee put a lot of thought into making the space feel cozy and welcoming. The location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and shops. Jaimee was an incredible host, quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. She provided clear instructions for check-in and I truly appreciated her hospitality and kindness. We would definitely recommend Jaimee's place to anyone visiting the area, and I would love to stay here again on my next trip!

My family and I had a great visit. The four of us each had our own bedroom and enjoyed the many restaurants within walking distance. Very clean and well furnished. We would definitely come back as our favorite breakfast eatery, Neo's and Dad's favorite burger, beer restaurant, Burger liquor were less then 5 minutes away. Thanks Sue. :) Mr. K. We had a fantastic stay at Sally’s apartment. We loved the layout and especially the extras like the sauna and steam shower. Apartment has everything you could possibly need and the parking space was a good size for inner city and easy to access. Only a 5 mins walk to some amazing restaurants on Cuba Street and a small convenience store right opposite. Highly recommend!

We rented Sally's house for a family reunion, with family coming from overseas. Overall, the place was great for our purposes. The house was very tidy and clean, supplied with everything we expected. Also, Sally set the house up with details that made us feel quite welcome. From the beginning, Sally was friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were private, two of them with their own bathrooms and decks. We spent most of the time in the lounge and kitchen on the third floor, where we also had decks with great views. Big TV screen, cable and other entertainments. I would strongly recommend it.

We loved our stay here. Beautifully appointed apartment and lovely quiet location perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. The fresh flowers and chocolate were just two of the special touches that were much appreciated. Hope to come back soon.

What a beautiful spot. The condo is spacious and the ocean views were stunning. We made good use of the kitchen, everything we needed was there to make our meals. And Michael was a wonderful host.

Amazing Amazing and Amazing! To wake up to this view was out of this world! Then having the awesome access to the beach. Everything you require is at the house….may be a little more expensive than some of the other Kapiti properties. But it is worth every penny! Thanks Julie and Kelly (the very helpful site Manager)

Our group an absolutely wonderful stay at Lisa’s beautiful property. The expansive lawn, dotted with gorgeous trees, provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. We loved waking up to the peaceful sounds of nature and spotting the animals on the property—it truly felt like an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether lounging outdoors or making use of the well-equipped amenities, every detail was thoughtfully considered. Would love to return here again and totally recommend. Thank you Lisa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Broadoaks. The venue was perfect for our family gathering (4 generations). The kitchen is well appointed and modern, all bathrooms have been updated and the indoor-outdoor flow is excellent. The grounds are a wonderland for kids to explore Angela was an excellent host, providing great communication and insights into the property. Thoroughly recommended.

Dan's place was perfect for the 4 of us - two very large bedrooms to choose from, and two separate bathrooms. The living spaces in the bottom level of the house were all very spacious and well-equipped - the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, cookware, cutlery, etc. They even had some food staples that we were welcome to use, which was really appreciated :) We took advantage of the coffee machine with the provided coffee pods! The house has central heating, which worked great since it was storming the first night we were there. We also used the electric fireplace in the lounge, which was lovely. The street itself is very steep, which is classic Wellington! But having the private parking spot in front of the house was really handy. The house is super close to the city centre, only a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk. Loved the autonomous check-in and check-out; Dan sent through all the instructions, which were very clear and easy to follow! Highly recommend Dan's place!!!

Nessa and Stefan were the besthosts! They made us feel welcome, comfortable as soon as we arrived. We actually took up an offer to stay in their beautiful home in Belmont as the Boulcott home was given to a couple who booked and needed to extend their stay. I highly recommend a stay with them or in their Boulcott property as they go out of their way to provide the perfect stay in immaculate and comfortable surroundings. Stefan’s coffee and home made honey and breakfast cereals were exceptional! A 10/10 stay with 10/10 hosts! Thank you for your hospitality and friendly conversations. All the best.

Our little crew came down to Wellington for an Irish dance competition and felt really lucky to stay with Willie and Kathleen for that. Their very warm welcome was all we needed and we had a very pleasant time at Finnismore House, appreciating and admiring all the house has to offer. We can only recommand the place for those seeking a genuine BnB experience. Thank you!

Beautiful old house. Pics on here don't do the place justice, heaps of space and very comfy bed. Super close to the centre and within walking distance of all the places you'd want in Upper Hutt.
