Monthly Rentals in Paperino

Apartment located in a renovated farmhouse and divided into apartments, in a pleasant rural area, next to WWF oasis, large amount of birds: ibis, heroni, knights of Italy. Silence and peace. Proximity to Florence. Private parking. Very nice, comfortable, well furnished, spacious and very clean, equipped with everything you need even for a long-term stay: dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Friendly and proactive hosts.

We had a great stay at the apartment, it was spacious, clean, and had everything you'd need. Great location right inside Prato centre, and two minute walk to the train station (around 30 minutes into Florence). Had some difficulties with check in, as we weren't made aware of the apartment number - so had an hour or so wait outside. Other than that, everything was perfect and pretty good communication.

We loved our stay at Tatiana's Wall House! It's so charming. The kitchen is fabulous & had everything we needed to practice our Italian cooking. Wall House is perfect for long stays in Prato. While Florence is the big tourist draw, we found Prato to be a wonderful town to serve as our "home base" for many day trips by train. The train station is close by & easy to manage. There's a lovely river walk. The town is simply wonderful. Tatiana is an incredible host & we were blessed to meet her & spends time with her. overall, perfection!

My partner and I spent 4 wonderful days at this place in Prato! The location is strategic to visit nearby art cities such as Florence, Siena and Lucca, all easily accessible (by car from us). The house was perfectly clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for the stay (dishes, vacuum cleaner, coffee machine, induction stove). The host was extremely helpful, providing us with all the useful details for our stay and making us feel immediately comfortable! The only note if possible is the soundproofing of the house: from inside the house you can hear external noises, such as passing cars or dogs barking, and the noises of the other tenants (upstairs or nearby). For us, accustomed to this daily background in Milan, it was not a problem, but those looking for or are used to total silence could find it useful to know beforehand:) In any case, the experience was fantastic and we highly recommend it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
