The house is comfortable, has a good size for one or two people and it has all necessary utensils. Sultanbek is very fast in replying and easy to communicate, I totally recommend it while in Almaty.

The apartment is in excellent condition, the layout and renovation are made qualitatively and functionally. I stayed in two other apartments in the same residential complex, this apartment is much better. Made with soul, no nonsense. Will be staying here again!

Great place to stay in Almaty. Very clean and tidy apartment. All the furniture is new and stylish. Bathroom, kitchen, living room and bedroom are very clean. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. I'll note the comfortable bed separately! There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The center is just a short walk away. Public transport stops are also nearby. The residential complex itself is also new and beautiful. Convenient check-in. Beautiful view of the mountains 🏔️ The hostess is also very friendly and responsive. I hope to return to this apartment 👍

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this apartment. The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described – if not better. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was cozy, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and relaxing stay.
