Ranil should more clearly explain regarding the service being provided by the staff. When we ordered this villa we were not even aware of the fact there were services included and we had our own cook, maintenance specialist and a personal manager. Apart from that, everything was amazing. This villa is for somebody who wants quiet and be away from civilization for a while

Wimal's lovely home had everything we needed: great location and great amenities. The house is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast prepared by the caretaker Sumit, who was extremely helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a meal in house and we were only 2 blocks from the local supermarket. There was plenty of space for us to stretch out and have some privacy. The beds were really comfortable and the line good quality. Highly recommended.

Serene Stay at Olive Tree House – A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Charm We stayed for two nights at Olive Tree House, located very close to Parliament, and enjoyed beautiful walks along the water's edge. The house is a charming, vintage property with all the modern amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The rooms and bathroom were spacious, spotless, and pleasantly cool,. The pantry was well-stocked with all the kitchen equipment needed for a hassle-free experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious Sri Lankan breakfast prepared by the attentive caretaker — a true treat! Despite being just a two-minute walk from the main road, the house offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The large, lush garden was a perfect relaxing spot, providing a tranquil escape from daily life. The location was excellent. A popular Chinese restaurant was within walking distance, offering tasty dining options. I highly recommend this house and look forward to visiting again!

One of our best holidays . The place was so peaceful and beautiful. The host Isuri and caretaker Shelton are really nice and helpful. We had a very relaxing weekend with our friends. This is really a hidden gem in the busy town of Moratuwa . Thank you !

Black cat was a beautiful place, although maybe a bit tired … was in a really good location … it felt quite central, but much more peaceful than the rest of Colombo! The host was really friendly, responsive & helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay with Camie. He has a wonderful house at a serene and beautiful green part of Colombo. The room is air - conditioned with a mini fridge, Coffee maker etc. The breakfast was also very nice with Sri Lankan cusine. Camie is kind, a wonderful host always attentive to your requirements. I wholeheartedly reccomend his house and would be staying with him on my next visit to Sri Lanka.

The accommodation was as described and shown in the pictures, which we appreaciated. The staff was the sweetest, always happy to help! We liked the breakfasts and our room with a nice view. The place is not located directly by any beach but there was a possibility to take a boat to a pool and a beach (free of charge). We got help with airport transfer as well. The only thing was that the WiFi worked exclusively in lobby and restaurant area, no chance for connection in the room. Otherwise highly recommended, thank you!

Thomas managed to create an oasis in the middle of a busy area. Clean spacious rooms are complemented by cozy living areas to sit and have a chat with friends and family. Large landscaped garden is a wonderful place to unwind after a busy day of traveling. Thomas makes you feel as a part of the family and will go above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable one. It was an amazing experience!!

Chmal and his wife were very friendly hosts. the location was very homely and peaceful with everything as discribed. highly recommended.

Sharmini was a very hospitable host who made my stay a memorable one. She welcomed me with a delicious Sri Lankan lunch when I checked in the early afternoon and was very accommodating to my needs during my stay. Her place is a refurbished old suburban house that is walking distance to a large shopping centre with bus stops and tuktuks nearby. Definitely recommended if you want to experience living like a local, and an absolute bonus if you love cats and dogs who also share this space. Thankyou again Sharmini for making my stay in Colombo one to remember by!!

Fantastic place. Very comfortable room, with spacious and clean bathroom. Fast wifi, and very nice sitting area and garden/lawn (frequented often by a pleasant turtle). Glenn was not there, but Sithi took care of everything. She attended to every detail, and made a great breakfast. Everything was always very clean. Glenn also checked in with me several times just to make sure everything was ok. The apartment's location is great. It is in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood that is a one block walk to a commercial area with plenty of shops. You can always get tuks and buses to go around the city. Overall, great value for Colombo. Friendly dog, too! Looking forward to returning.
