Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Palmas del Mar

We enjoyed 4 weeks stay in the bright apartment with beautiful terrace with great views of the sea and the countryside. The beds were comfortable, the clean bathroom a little small and in the kitchen everything necessary was available. The Internet was very fast. There were occasional power outages, which is common in Puerto Rico. Daniela was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Recommended!

This is my SECOND time visiting because we had such a fun and relaxing time the first time we had to come back! We decided to celebrate a birthday this time around and enjoy the community pool and enjoy playing dominoes on the terrace after an incredible birthday dinner we made, where you can chat with everyone while cooking. We made great memories here and had a great time! We live here and look forward to keep coming back for future staycations and to recommend it to our visitors.

The apartment was comfortable and all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Microwave was a little dirty and informed owner immediately. Overall a great place to stay.

Beautiful place comfortable everything u need is their. The best part is the beach. The water was very rough not a place to get in the water but walking on the beach and seating next to the beach was the best part. You can hear the waves from your balcony. We sat on the balcony for hours. Would return again.

We had a great stay in this apartment in Farjado. We were a group of 7 - 4 adults and 3 kids - and we had more than enough room to spread out. The owner was very responsive, which helped solve the usual Airbnb quirks (where is the pool key, etc). The kids loved the various pools in the complex. You'll need a car to get pretty much anywhere, although there is a seafood shack across the street, Pescaderia Don Candi, which was SO good. Luquillo Beach and the kioskos are about 15 min away. The apt has 4 beach chairs, a cooler, and some beach toys which was handy. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/kitchen tools. My only complaint is that usually airBnB's have some basic cooking ingredients, like oil, salt and pepper. There was only a small salt shaker, so we had to buy things like cooking oil for when we cooked in the apt.

We had a wonderful stay in her beautiful home! It was very clean and well stocked with essentials. The location was very convenient for El Yunque rainforest, Luquillo beaches and Ceiba/Fajardo activities. Enid was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Our group of 6 loved our stay at Casa Luz! This was one of the most well stocked Airbnbs any of us had ever stayed in, and it was extremely clean when we checked in. We really appreciated all of the extras, like having beach towels, sunscreen, a cooler, reusable bags, etc. that we were able to use. The washer and dryer also came in clutch! We especially loved sitting on the porch throughout the day. We did not use the amenities at the condo (pool, tennis court, gym, etc.) but they all looked really nice - we were a bit disappointed however to find out that the hot tub was not in service. Nevertheless we had a wonderful time in Puerto Rico and this Airbnb was a great home base for our group. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was spotless and views from the penthouse patio were amazing. We were provided with easy to understand instructions on how to access the apartment. Yanira was very responsive. Good information about local attractions and restaurants was provided. The condo was even decorated for Xmas which was a nice touch. Highly recommend staying here.

Excellent place and host

Nice, large 4 bedroom condo with of room for the family. I’ve stayed in the Fajardo area a few times as you can get better accommodations for your money and it’s easy to get to San Juan (about 1 hour) and other areas on the eastern part of the island (Ceiba ferry port, marina, El Yunque rain forest, etc). This condo has everything you need to cook a meal and is close to grocery stores (Walmart, Econo, Ralph’s). There are also many restaurants nearby. The beds are comfortable, having a large balcony and rooftop terrace was wonderful as well. There’s a washer and dryer in the unit if you need to wash clothes. I highly recommend this unit.

We had a great stay at Cynthia’s condo. The place is exactly as described and we really appreciated all the extra glass containers of water in the fridge, cooler, beach towels and even the infant life vest for our 7 month old to use. During our stay the island experienced unprecedented power outages but we were so thankful that the gated community had back up generators so we never lost power in the unit. We did have disruptions to water but this was out of anyone’s control and Cynthia was extremely responsive and communicative with us. One thing to note is that we didn’t get to use the upper floor/rooftop area as much as we would have liked because our baby monitor would not reach beyond the kitchen due to the concrete building construction. Cynthia has 2 WiFi routers (one on each floor) but we decided it wasn’t worth the hassle and just hung out downstairs after our baby was asleep.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The location was perfect – conveniently situated and easy to access, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway. The attention to detail in ensuring the space felt safe and secure made my stay exceptionally comfortable. The host, Maria, provided outstanding communication and support. She was always quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and clearly dedicated to making my stay smooth and enjoyable. This property is truly a great value for money – offering all the amenities you could need, and more, at an excellent price. Maria puts significant effort into creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for her guests. If you’re considering booking this place, rest assured you won’t be disappointed. I wholeheartedly recommend it and would happily stay here again in the future!

Jessica is a wonderful host and very quick to answer any questions we had before, during and after our stay. The villa was everything that you see in the photos and the views from the open wall of windows is spectacular. The parrots in the trees kept us entertained and we were on the look out for iguanas every day. ( It's amazing how they climb up the palm trees)! If you are a beach walker we suggest going to the right as far as you can go . It is worth it! The furnishings in the villa are practical and tasteful. Linens were abunbant, plenty of bath towels and beach towels. We didn't have a need for the bunk beds but they looked just as comfortable as the king-size bed in the main bedroom. Plenty of closet space in both rooms. The kitchen had all the essentials. Sufficient pots and pans. Beautiful dinnerware, flatware, drinkware and gadgets. Christmas was mid-way through our 10 day stay and Jessica kindly decorated with some holiday decorations. Peace & Tranquility

Truly a transformational experience! La Casita Cruz is a special stay for anyone who can come to appreciate it. A peaceful little oasis with incredible and humbling views. This little slice of heaven is tucked away in the mountains of Patillas surrounded by luscious greenery and the distinct calls of coquis, natures very own lullaby. A short drive from town, this gem was the perfect stay for a soothing girls trip. Desirae + Daniel couldn’t be more accommodating. They provided clear instructions for everything, and made sure we had everything we needed. Such down to earth and wholesome people. It was so lovely getting to know them. We appreciate the hospitality, blood, sweat, tears and most importantly LOVE you both put into this place. We will definitely be back. This home was just as described, and worked perfectly for our large group. There was room for everyone without being crowded. Everything was clean and welcoming and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the pool. The views were gorgeous, and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved hearing the music of the coqui all around. Andrew and Niko were responsive to our questions, and gave great recommendations. They also got a AC unit in one of the bedrooms replaced very quickly when it wasn't cooling well. We would 100% recommend this home to stay in, and would use it again for a return trip!
