We had a good overall experience during our stay at this property. The location is excellent, being very close to the beach, which made our trip enjoyable and convenient. The property itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and met our expectations. However, one downside is the limited availability of restaurants and marketplaces nearby. This meant fewer dining and shopping options within close proximity, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach and don’t mind fewer amenities nearby, this place is a great choice.

A very clean apartment, well-equipped with all necessities and a kitchenette. The place is spacious and comfortable. There is good natural lighting on the 4th floor. We were 3 in the room and they don’t have an extra bed with duvet. Mattresses and blanket only so could be worth carrying a duvet to be comfortable if you take an extra bed. Breakfast comes to the room every morning and it is very homely delicious food. Very happy with the place and will come back if ever. It’s a great location in the heart of Manipal, well connected to all the roads leading to Udupi.

We stayed at this place for 6 days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house is well-maintained and equipped with all the essential facilities, making it perfect for longer stays. The peaceful, lush green surroundings created a serene and relaxing atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights was the location—just a short distance from the beach, the Kemmunu hanging bridge, and the kayaking spot. The road leading to the beach was absolutely beautiful. A special mention goes to our host, Alwin uncle, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He not only made us feel welcome but also gave us great recommendations for local places to eat and visit. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and tranquil getaway.
