Donnell is a great host and has kept her property very nice and matches vibe of Gulf coast. Furniture is great. Place is worth for the price to book the rental. Will definitely comeback and recommend the host. Host is responsive and took care of the request. There is a direct beach access where kids can enjoy in calm waters.

Stephen was great. He was super friendly and if something wasn’t right he did his best to make it right. It was a great spot. It was quiet and I felt very safe in the area.

We loved how quiet the dead end street was! The green space was perfect for the kids and dog. Great location with all the amenities of city life but tucked away. The bed was super comfortable, kitchen was clean and stocked with the perfect amount of needed supplies. Perfect size for my 2 kids and dog. We would stay there again!

Fantastic Stay Near Downtown I had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s place! The home was spotless, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close enough to walk downtown, making it easy to explore the area. Jennifer was an excellent host, super friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

good communication but a ton of rules that seem excessive for what is really just a hotel room... my daughter and a friend stayed. it's part of the host's property, which was a little uncomfortable, and she felt like they were being watched to be sure they didn't break a single rule. overall, it was exactly as described and a good value for the money.

The value for the price is absolutely incredible. Well, kept property, comfortable bed, very clean bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, dining room table and a comfy TV sitting area. We could’ve stayed longer, but I had to leave for work. We would 1000% recommend this space. It’s easy to get to downtown and the beach. But you don’t even really need to leave because the pool is awesome.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back! Jade was super responsive and let us book one night very last minute, even accommodating a late check out! Beach was right across the street! Lovely!!! FYI, the mattress, while new and nice, is very soft. This might effect some people's sleep.

Great hosts and great home! Well appointed and so convenient to the water and downtown, etc. Walking distance to Ever’man’s and Joe Patti’s, both special local perks!

My wife and I had a great stay here. Great set up, we loved the back yard. Kveta was very nice and helpful. The location was very peaceful, it was 45mins from Destin and 25mins from Pensacola. Definitely go visit!!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a spacious and comfortable studio, located in quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the ease of walking the area, the parks and beaches were inviting!

Lisa’s condo was AMAZING! So so beautiful. The location is perfect. We love the beach but not really the crowd it brings, & this condo was further from the big rowdy condos and it was so peaceful and quiet! Lisa was SO responsive and kind. We will definitely be staying again!

This condo was perfect for a girls weekend trip. Clean, quiet, convenient parking and is close to everything in OBA.

Beautiful condo directly on the Gulf! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice linens and towels, carts for loading your belongings up to the condo and for leaving were a big plus! Everything worked well. Host very friendly and quickly responded to inquiries. Would definitely stay again! And, right across the street from the most popular restaurant on the island, Peg Leg Pete’s!!

We could not be more pleased with the accommodation’s. Look just like the pics. Walk to the beach was super easy and close. Condo has everything you need for a great stay. If you forget anything, Walmart and Publix are super close. Thank you Kirklyn! We will absolutely rent from you in the future🫶

We traveled here for our wedding with a total of 9 people. The wedding date changed last minute and Karuna was very flexible and helpful to help accommodate that. The property was very nice and the kids loved that the beach & pool were so accessible. The condo had all the necessary amenities. Wonderful place to stay!

Our Condo was wonderful. It was clean, well organized, came with tons of beach accessories and had incredible views. The amenities at Sunmerwind were just as wonderful, everything was just as they advertised and everyone we met was friendly. Eric was a terrific host and responded to all questions in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend this Condo to others.
