Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Owen County

Description was accurate! AlAnn and Ed were very helpful, friendly and responsive to all our needs. We visited the area to attend a conference at the ark encounter and it was so convenient being so close- Only about a 5 minute drive!

We enjoyed the home, for a multi generation family get together. The fenced yard and nearby park were very nice for our dogs. We enjoyed what Greyline Station had to offer. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall the home was a nice space for five adults and two dogs. Breck and Linda were good hosts. We have family in Lexington and hope to stay again.

Our first visit to Lexington! This home was close to great restaurants, had a wonderful fenced back yard, and the recommendations on things to do and places to eat were excellent. The home had a spacious main area including every amenity one might need for a pleasant stay. The chocolate covered cherries in the snack basket were so good! There are even bags for your pet if you have forgotten those. We enjoyed playing the provided games each evening and just relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Myself and three friends stayed at the Stagg House during our visit to the bourbon trail. Private and peaceful location along the Kentucky river. Perfect place to stay during our visit to the area.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was also close to many of the area attractions. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our time in Lexington and Paige was an excellent host. She checked in to make sure everything was okay and was very attentive to our time there. She also provided great suggestions on places to eat and things to do which was very helpful.

Carl and Christina are very friendly and forthcoming with their home! Great location to the city and home had all the amenities you need.

The place is awesome!!! My friends and I loved how much there was to do at the house (pool table, foosball, darts, arcades, card table, and even more!). Deb made us feel at home. She was always there to help if we needed anything. Our weekend was a yearly gathering of friends relaxing, having fun, and catching up and the house was perfect for it. It will be the spot we use every year going forward!!!

Christine's guest home is very unique and cozy space. It is located on a working horse farm and has a big pool and hot tub for guest use. Christine was a very responsive and accommodating host, she was always around and responsive. I travel to the area often to visit family and I will definitely be staying here again!

We had a really lovely stay here. Despite raining the whole weekend and being stuck indoors, we were glad to be indoors somewhere which offered so much to do! Our 3-year-old loved the game room downstairs, and the kitchen was very well-equipped for us to make dinner. Nick was incredibly responsive and also so kind to bring over his chickens when he saw our daughter looking at them and letting her see the baby chicks. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

This place was stunning! Very spacious & clean. Close to town, yet secluded! It perfectly accommodated our family of 5 adults & 9 children PLUS it’s pet friendly!! The kids & my dog had so much room to play inside & outside! We enjoyed the large hot tub the most. We had snacks/drinks at our arrival, 5 TVs with installed Netflix, a game room that included an additional “living room” area, cooking utensils + seasonings, covered parking for 3 vehicles, perfect lighting, fire pit, washer/dryer, hiking & an indoor/outdoor dining area including LARGE tables. Bunks have one pull out bed! Our stay was around Christmas & we had a Christmas tree + holiday decor! This place has a beautiful front yard view. The master bedroom is massive! The master bath room has installed heating for the open shower. The pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect for large families/multiple small families. We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay with such a wonderful/responsive host! 10/10!!!

We have a great time here. It was perfect for the 2 of us and our 2 dogs. We really enjoyed talking the dogs on walks around the grounds. The people were friendly and motor home had everything we needed Also it was about 15-20 Mins to a tons of activities We will definitely be back

We stayed here while visiting family in the area and had a great experience. Tyler was very responsive and accommodating from the start. We were traveling with young children, and he went above and beyond by setting up a crib and pack ‘n plays for us, which made things so much easier. The place is very family-friendly—even had a playroom, which was a huge bonus! Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. Highly recommend, especially for families with little ones.

Monica’s place was so great. If you have young children, I highly recommend staying here! No complaints at all and we hope to return.

Excellent house, excellent amenities! Plus, there was all the little extra accoutrements that one would need that you don’t think of when you leave home. 5+ stars!

The kids brought their football to play outside with, there were plenty of games and toys to play with that were provided. We roasted marshmellows and hotdogs our last night there. She provided the wood, we brought our own charcoal and lighter fluid. You will need to bring a lighter. We hiked down the trail to the pond on site. It was beautiful! Lots of deer on the way be very careful driving! It was perfect while we were there. No need for a television. We went to the Ark one day and the next day the Creation Museum. We will definitely be using Air B and B again! Thank you Dacian for your kind hospitality that was provided during our stay! May God continue to bless you as you bless others!

There truly aren't enough words to say how much we loved our stay. The thought that went into all of the little details in this beautiful bardominium left no stone unturned. From the well stocked coffee bar to the super fun game room to the cozy rooms, everything was perfect. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating. We hated to say good-bye. We 1000% recommend this rental.

We had a blast. It was exactly as described. We were looking for a small house to stay and this met the bill. The house was fantastic. Not meant for large people. A great use of material in creating the living area, perfect rustic and cozy house. Highly recommend for a short weekend if you are looking for a quiet remote area to relax.

Absolutely gorgeous! Zac provided anything and everything we could possibly want for a get-away with our grandkids - fire pit, grill, outdoor games, space to hike, great selection of indoor games for our rainy day (Papa was the ultimate victor in a 3-day long Monopoly game!) We couldn't have asked or hoped for anything more. We would highly recommend for one or two families; there is a second adjacent cabin should your family be larger.

We had a wonderful stay at the Brady Bay retreat! Josh was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was exactly like the pictures. We can't wait to stay again!

Scott’s place was incredible! We came in when it was dark outside the roads were curvy and dark and we really had no clue on what our surroundings looked like. Got to the house and it was easy to access, we walk in everything was just like the photos. The next morning wake up to a beautiful setting hills and trees surrounding the home. The horses were grazing in the pasture across from the house it was stunning! Scott gave us local suggestions on places to eat and see. We got a little chilly and the living area did not have a heater Scott brought over a heater with in just a few minutes of us mentioning it to him. Scott was out working and told us the names of the horses and that we could let them just not feed. The horses were sweet as can be and let us pet them. We highly suggest visiting the Ark if you have time, it does take most of the day to see everything. Scott and his wife were so sweet it was really nice to meet them! They were awesome hosts! Would love to visit again!
