Vacation rentals with a patio in Owen County

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Sandy was welcoming and friendly, the place was exactly as described and totally spotless, and the pool was so gorgeous and clean. The studio was lovely and Sandy was genuinely great to meet and work with. Our weekend trip was relaxing and comfortable and exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend, and we’d happily visit again!

Mark’s apartment was in a convenient location just a block from coffee shops and restaurants in downtown Cynthiana. The place clean and had everything we needed for our short stay.

It was a quiet retreat each day of our trip after spending the days at either the Creation Museum or the Ark Encounter. It was situated conveniently between the two places we had come to see. The weather was quite cold so we didn't spend much time out on the deck, but if we ever come back in the summer, I'd like to stay here again so we could enjoy the view from that deck. The restaurants in the area were great too. We especially enjoyed Hansie's Flip Burgers. One thing that was especially luxurious were the thick, white bath towels. We looked forward to showering each evening and using them. The ease of using the entry code was great because you can't forget your own phone number! Loved that! All in all we felt that the place was very well maintained, very comfortable, and in a very quiet, safe neighborhood.

Place is great as always. Everything is as advertised in a very convenient part of downtown. She was even able to help me with some transportation issues I had! The place is clean and definitely worth the money. I plan to stay again!

This little gem of a Airbnb that Brandi offers in the heart of Versailles is just lovely and cozy. The apartment was in a great location, provides a great yard for pups to run around, and a good sized kitchen to utilize for cooking. I definitely look forward to utilizing this Airbnb in the future for trips back home!

Enjoyed our stay in this quiet neighborhood and friendly little town. We stayed here while visiting Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. Location (closer to the ark), price, and amenities were just what we needed.

We loved staying at The Hammock! It was a beautiful/cozy home that fit 14 of us perfectly! We had extras over for dinner and Danielle was accommodating with our guests! We will definitely look to stay here again next time we visit the Ark!

My husband and i brought five grandchildren and we loved this house! We arrived a day early and even coming in so late she adjusted our stay and allowed us to check in late that night !! The location was very close to the ark and the creation museum. We used one day to go to the Cincinnati Zoo ! We enjoyed everything about the home ! Our grandchildren loved the home and at night they enjoyed movies in the large Tv that was super easy to use to rent the movies ! The home is located in an area that was easily navigated and we felt very safe ! The instructions were in a binder book with all kinds of great suggestions of things to do ! Overall this was a great experience ! We have already shared this hone information with several of our friends that when they visit the ark we had a great place to suggest to stay ! We planned to visit their church for that Sunday but a huge storm hit our area and we had to leave early — Erica was so kind and understanding and accommodating!

We went on a family trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. This place was very well located, Jaqueline was very responsive and helpful. Property is beautiful, and the eggs and beef were delicious.

Jeremy‘s place was beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice! It was a very spacious house with a pool table and a movie room. It was well furnished with comfortable open spaces including the living room and kitchen. Able to accommodate large groups. Jeremy was responsive and flexible with our large party! They were great views off the back porch, rolling hills and a pasture with two horses. Checking in was easy. Travel to the ark was about 30 minutes, Creation museum, maybe 45 minutes. We saw wild turkeys, a hawk and a fawn during our stay. The home was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked! Definitely a family that has a passion for and rode horses! Would stay again!

We were very pleased. We love the Christmas tree that was up for the season. It was clean and way better than the hotels that are offered in the area. Coffee was provided but if you’re a tea drinker you will want to bring your own. We didn’t do any cooking so for us there was plenty of kitchen ware Bed was comfortable!

This is a great place in a great location. Street parking is easy and right in front of the house, the place was clean and well appointed and having an easy walk to downtown was a plus ! We would definitely book again, choose Wesley’s place with confidence.

My daughter and I was in town for a convention, so we spent very little time at the AirBNB. What time we were there, we were comfortable. It’s nice and not far at all from all the things going on downtown. As described, the murphy bed is very firm, and we experienced difficulty in locating the mattress pad. Sent a message to Wesley and he responded very quickly. Offered to come over and help resolve any issues. Like mentioned, we soent little time there, so I declined his offer. Unfortunately, we never fou d the pad. Luckily for us, we were so exhausted from being on our feet all day that we both had no problems sleeping. Lol! Recommend this location.

Wonderful place to stay during our visit to Frankfort.

Wesley's place is as good as -- perhaps even better than -- advertised. Convenient, comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated . One of our best short term rental experiences.
