I recently needed a long term/temporary housing solution in the Owatonna area. After conducting an extensive search I found Matt’s listing for Apt 1, the price and location were exactly what I was looking for. Matt was very proactive, responsive and helpful with all communication throughout my stay, absolute best host I’ve worked with. On check in day I really wasn’t expecting too much just because the price was so reasonable but was blown away upon walking into the place. The place is clean and modern with awesome views of the downtown streets. You can basically park your car and walk to anything you need; coffee shop, restaurants, breweries and parks. Apt 1 is the absolute best rental in the city! I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone visiting the city, just don’t rent it if I’m planning a trip there.

Nice 1 bedroom apartment, has all the items you need for a long stay, clean, and made my long business trip more relaxing, and also within a mile of the business I audited. Had everything you need so you can relax and enjoy the rest of your evening and weekend. Very responsive host.

The house was exactly what we needed. It was just like the pictures, so no surprises there. Beds were comfortable with additional pillows available if needed. The house is one of the older houses around, but has clearly been well taken care of and improvements are still being made. Most importantly, the house was clean!
