Would give this 10 stars if possible! Amazing area, host was extremely responsive and communicative. The house is very clean, with amazing details all around the place that make it feel homey and elevated. The chickens in the background, the honey and jam for breakfast, wood stove and bbq all make this a great retreat. Will come back for summer at some point to experience it again.

The Millhouse was a perfect start to our vacation, a cozy fire welcomed us after a long journey and the dinner we requested was outstanding! The location is serene and beautiful, our hosts Francisca and Enrique took really good care of us. Place is true to pictures and description and we couldn't ask for anything more!

Wow!! Stunning, stunning accommodation! Excellent and responsive communication from the hosts. We appreciated the early checkin. The welcome honey and other drinks received were very tasty. The house was easy to find with Rafael’s instructions and checkin was seamless. Everything was spotless with all needed amenities. It was fantastic to have BBQ’s with the river back drop or just to sit and enjoy the awesome environment. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home. Definitely recommended, without any hesitation.

We stayed for 6 nights and throughly enjoyed the accommodations and recommendations provided by Vasco and Jose- amazing hospitality! The wine tasting right after check in was fantastic- excellent value and great family wine- would have purchased if we were checking bags back to US. Little touches in the room such as a chess board fully stocked kitchen tools really made the difference in our stay as we explored the D’Ouro Valley. The bells from the church were quite loud but after a few days got used to it. 100% recommend.
