Incredible hosts, always responded quickly and always came in person to help us with anything we needed when asked, but always made an effort to not intrude. The lodge itself is spacious yet cozy, and also clean. There were loads of dvds and board games to keep us occupied. The outside area was lovely, and well sheltered to accommodate for all weather. The pizza oven was a great bonus and easy to use. Clear instructions for everything around the lodge. Lots of local amenities as listed by the hosts.

Stef communicated well through out the stay and checking was flexible with the Lockbox. Great location with shops takeaway and bars near by this was a great spot for a business trip. I would recommend other guests to stay.

Jill’s listing was a stunning place to stay. A real home away from home. It was even better than described with the most gorgeous surroundings. Nicely kitted out place with everything you’d need from films to bathrobes. Definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay here, so close to a beach and also not far from other beaches. the cottage is so cosy and had everything we needed. perfect place for a relaxing get away.

We stayed here for 4 nights with 5 adults. The house was plenty big for us all. Very modern kitchen and bathroom - all appliances worked really well and the kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet. Steve and Maureen were such wonderful hosts. Steve showed us around when we arrived and was available for questions but also gave us privacy during our stay. We enjoyed the garden and hot tub. Highly recommend!

Our host reached out to check in on our arrival, making sure we were settled and knew how to use the amenities, including the hot tub. There were five of us, and the space was perfect for both cooking and relaxing. We were also given great recommendations for the local beach and a good chippy, plus the beach itself was lovely and sandy. The property is about a 30-40 minute drive from the city center but is surrounded by smaller towns, perfect for supporting local business at the Christmas markets or seal watching. I'd definitely return—it's in a great location with a lovely host.

A lovely family home 30 mins from beaches on North Norfolk coast. Alpesh was very responsive and helpful! Garden and view were lovely, and nice comfy living spaces (much bigger than you think expect when you see front of the house). Great for a family get together

We loved our stay, the house is huge and we felt at home straight away. It’s furnished beautifully and has everything you could need. Great location. Wish we could have stayed longer, I felt sad to leave my huge bay fronted bedroom! Would highly recommend and hope to return. A great space for families

What a lovely, cosy cottage. It was beautifully presented with fresh flowers, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome cake, Prosecco and milk were really thoughtful touches and gratefully received. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dog Cottage and can’t wait to visit again.

A beautiful home in the perfect location. Super cosy with everything you need. We loved the wood burner! Perfect for a big family or get together with friends, having two bathrooms was super handy. Oh also loved having two lots of stairs. Local chippy was excellent, all cooked to order and the pub was the hub of the village. The beach is absolutely beautiful and right on your doorstep. Will definitely come back.

We had a lovely time, the cabin is secluded and in beautiful surroundings, Debbie and Dick were lovely and had a lot of recommendations about the area. They also showed us around their beautiful garden which was a great treat! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Beautifully decorated with everything you need and more. Melissa and Chris were exceptionally warm in their welcome. Recommend the local dairy for raw milk, etc.

Staying at Albion Cottage felt like being transported to a bygone age, with its beautiful Victorian decor creating a truly nostalgic and cosy atmosphere. It was a real home from home - comfortable, well-appointed, and full of character. The cottage is nestled in a lovely, peaceful village, making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. The nearby beach was absolutely gorgeous, and we especially enjoyed the scenic walk along the shore to a friendly café, where we stopped for coffee most days. A wonderful place to unwind, soak up the tranquillity, and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings. Highly recommend!

We had a great couple of night’s stay in Charlotte’s place. Extra comfy bed, well stocked kitchen and sparkling clean bathroom. Her chalet is really cosy and comfy and I loved the fact she had lots of books, games and dvds for guest plus a cupboard with Nintendo DSs and games to borrow while you are there. It’s only a few minutes walk from the beach and a great pub/fish and chip shop.

Michelle’s apartment was amazing, we had such a lovely stay and a Great Hoilday and this was really helped by the way the Apartment was. It was like a home from home with all you needed and very clean. It was also a lovely touch with the Christmas Decorations! We are already looking to book again Thank you Michelle !

A beautiful house with plenty of space! It was just what we wanted, a short break in a peaceful & private location, with a swimming pool for the kids during half term. Very responsive to questions & Karen also very helpful with some last minute questions too! A bit more expensive than I was initially looking to spend, but was well worth it & the kids absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend!

Steve was a great host and the accommodation was ideal for our young children especially this time of the year. The accommodation had everything from coffee to cleaning products, and was very clean. We definitely recommend. Thank you!

The house was fabulous. Plenty of space for our families to spend time together but not be in each others faces. The entire place was perfect for us! Only downside (if you can even call it that!) was that the tv in the main lounge was not a smart TV and we only had access to free view! However there was a range of DVDs available, some of which didn’t work very well though! The hot tub was FANTASTIC!!! Well worth the price we paid for the visit.

Lovely few days away. Perfect break, close enough to everything we wanted but far enough away to be at peace in the hot tub with a drink & book. Very helpful, not that we needed them but were on hand if a problem had arisen. We will be back

We had a lovely stay in The Ardborough, perfect size for my wife, mum, 2 year old and I. Lovely cosy space with everything you need, the barn complex also has a big (and warm!) indoor pool which was great. Our hosts communicated everything we needed to know and left us completely to ourselves, which I loved. We didn’t need anything from them throughout our stay, mainly down to the fact that everything we could have needed including extensive visitor info was already in the cottage! Very very close to Cromer, very walkable and only a couple of mins in the car. Overall great stay, great place, sorry we forgot to sign the visitor book on the way out, but will definitely stay again when we are next in the area. Thank you!

I hadn’t been to this part of Norfolk before so was delighted to arrive and find this surprisingly spacious caravan with deck on one of the best spots in this relatively small holiday park. It’s not like the big commercial parks or some smaller ones we have been to where all the caravans are the same. I don’t think there are any two the same here and made me quite nostalgic! This park has a quiet, laid back, friendly atmosphere of its own. Pleasant walk to the beach but there’s free parking down there too if you have stacks of gear like us. Caravan very clean and comfy, everything you need and surprisingly good amount of storage to keep things tidy. Deck an absolute godsend with the dog (everyone here seems to have a dog)! Good value for quality accommodation in peak season and ideally located for visiting around Norfolk. Would definitely consider booking again - teenage son says he would and everyone knows how difficult they are to please! On that note, excellent 4G signal for mobile WiFi too.
