The place is great! Flooded with light, designed in a pleasantly fresh green and very comfortable with private entrance, bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, spacious living area and a very good bed. Parking spaces can be easily found in front of the house and due to the connection to the highway and federal roads, both the Rhine-Neckar region and the entire wine route can be reached quickly. The location in a historic property is very idyllic. Stephanie is a very warm host, helpful and an interesting conversation partner.

We booked Tobias' apartment for a collaborator who provided further education in Speyer. Lovely place right downtown, quiet, clean and stylish with good amenities. Very nice landlord who communicates quickly and easily. Glad to come back!

After staying here for 3 nights, I agree with all other positive reviews. Nothing to do on location, but we were nicely centrally located between two beautiful park runs (Neckarau and Prestelsee). However, a tip for nice coffee, a breakfast or nice lunch nearby: Sumas
