A dream holiday home! What a view to wake up to. And the space is wild, so many birds (they’ll wake you up!), and we saw a fox, monkeys, many butterflies and more. The lake is gorgeous, we took the kayaks and paddle boards and it was a great experience. The stars at night are so beautiful - make sure to check out the rooftop! We used the kitchen and all essentials were there, it’s well equipped. Everything is as described, just note that the fourth bedroom is really really small (we didn’t use it).

The most amazing place I've ever been to, and the location right on the water was absolutely perfect. There's also a really good restaurant next door (Amura). The place is convenient to everything but you'll feel so private...excellent all round. Five days wasn't enough!

Martin and his wife are very nice. The dogs in the house are a worship. The beach is a wonder there are fish on the shore you can swim and enjoy the wonderful sand the kayak are very much enjoyed. We highly recommend visiting the house.

The apartment is modern, of excellent construction (it is not at all the norm in Mahahual), decorated and furnished with great taste. It's one of the best equipped apartments we've met on airbnb. It has absolutely everything you could need, both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms and it was spotless. The terrace overlooking the sea provides unforgettable sunrises and sunsets. Up to the pool (which we were not interested a priori) ended up being very enjoyable before or after the exit to the beach. Impeccable in every way.

This house is exactly as advertised. A quiet house right on the beach. Kind of like camping. We were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable we were without air conditioning. The hosts were very responsive to all our questions.

We had a wonderful stay here. The room is not big but had what we needed for a great experience. The view and the deck is everything!!!!! It was such a treat to wake up every morning to that amazing view of the ocean and drink coffee on the balcony. It is about a ten-minute walk to the main part of the malecon, which was perfect for us, as we didn't want to be in the middle of the cruise-ship crowds. It was quiet and private - the pool was lovely and the beach across the road great for hanging out. I highly recommend water shoes for this beach - you are right in the perfect spot for snorkeling so the ocean floor is a bit rough. Our only wish was for the kitchen to be better stocked, as we do our own cooking a lot. Things like tupperware were very appreciated. We met Irma and Eduardo the first night when they brought us ice cube trays - they are a lovely, friendly couple who were super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Gracias por todo!!

The place as he says in the listing, Marco was very kind and by communicating for him to know if I had certain things I would need at that time he told me that I would do my best to get it, the place is quiet and perfect for a quiet date.

excellent location and you have incredible views of the lagoon, clean, has a palapa with grill, tables and chairs, the kitchen has everything essential for cooking, coffee maker and water heater, you can find details in the service on arrival for personal cleaning and beach carvings, I would gladly return
