This might be the most charming Airbnb I have ever stayed in- so tastefully decorated in a subtle beach theme. Everything felt new, light, and airy. The bed was comfortable with high quality linens. I appreciated the thoughtfully stocked kitchenette with all foods needed to prepare a light breakfast. The beautiful beach couldn't be any closer. I highly recommend!

Tim’s place was beautiful and exactly what we needed! They were such great hosts and they have the cutest lil fur babies!

One of the best! An absolute home away from home with all that one would need. Comfy bed, lovely shower, parking right there, peaceful surroundings, private, close to shops and downtown. Well-supplied with all sorts of essentials for the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Deck area with comfy seating (heaters too). Workstation, desk with monitor a real bonus! Surround sound for the tv. Hubby and I absolutely loved The Pickets!!! Jane and Gary were wonderful hosts and very helpful, friendly and available for anything we would have needed. Just a beautiful, peaceful and welcoming home away from home. The accomodation was super clean and tidy, perfect size and amenities and everything we needed. We would have loved a vaccum just so that we could have given it a once over before leaving but also if staying longer, to help out and keep place in good condition. They also gave us plenty of towels which was not expected, and the staples in the fridge was a perfect touch. We can’t rave enough about our stay and hope we get to stay again in the future.

Naomi was very accommodating/flexible with our early check-in. Thanks for that! The house was clean and has spacious rooms. Bathroom shower has a good water pressure. Kitchen is well stocked including the fridge. Happy to stay here again in the future.

Great place to stay and loved the big bath. Susan was also very helpful at reuniting my daughter with a special cuddly that we accidentally left behind.

Location was incredible! 400 meters from a really fun kids park with activities. 800 meters from dirt and paved running, walking, and biking paths. Very central location! House was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed for close to a 1 month stay! We will definitely come back again!

Excellent accommodation in picturesque location. We enjoyed a home from home experience. The Smart TV was a benefit with a wide range of viewing options after a long days sightseeing. We highly recommend to anyone considering a visit to the area. It's an easy run into Wellington so avoids staying in a built up area.

Beccy & Grant’s place was fantastic! A great location to stay near beach and the house was super comfortable and had all we needed to feel right at home, full kitchen was a plus with sufficient pots, pans, utensils and dinnerware. They are amazing hosts, the washer was not working when we arrived and they took care of our laundry! They also gave us great local recommendations and communication was always prompt. I will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Paris’s place was perfect for the four of us and a one night stopover. The house was decorated very nicely and we wished we had been able to spend more time!
