Monthly Rentals in Ortigas Center

Great place to stay in Metro Manila at an affordable price! If you need a clean, comfortable place to stay in the Greenhills, San Juan, Pasig, Mandaluyong area while paying a reasonable rate, this would be a good place to check out! My hosts were gracious, professional, accommodating of my circumstances and always available to assist with anything I need at any given moment. I had the amenities of the complex at my disposal at any time, but alas neither the weather nor my schedule permitted me to do so. My only complaint is that the area is rather noisy due to the noise from the busy thoroughfare below. I would not hesitate to book this condo again in the future. Thanks for an overall great stay!

I love the place. The only downfall is that the parking in the area is hard to find. Building only allows a min. of 6mo leased parking space which is not suitable for airbnb guests with a car, like myself, who stayed for a month. Luckily, Ms. Tess accommodated me by renting out her office space parking in Medical Plaza Ortigas for a very affordable rate. Admin is not that friendly but still kind. Soho has a good location especially for party people. Below are few points I've experienced in my 1mo stay: Skycable is horrible, 2 out of 4 lifts are not working, nasty neighbors smokes fills the hallway, Guards are approachable, 7/11 does not have a proper AC, gCash connection nor Card machine reader (prepare cash), parking fee is 50Php for first 3hours, 20php succeeding and an additional 200php for overnight, & parking lift requires maintenance. I recommend the place ❤️ & host 👌.

During our stay at Anna's accommodation, we felt comfortable and happy. There are 4 shopping malls that can be reached on foot around the accommodation, and the transportation is also located in a convenient location. In particular, the accommodation was as well organized as the picture and perfect without any problems. She replaced and cleaned the bedding once a week, and always responded immediately to my request. I also always cared about the cleanliness of the room. I would like to visit again next time. :D
