We love this place! Easy to get to, wonderful little private cottage close to town, train, and hiking trails. Lovely kitchen with a full size fridge and oven, toaster & microwave so you can bring your own food and cook/bake as you like! Dog-friendly too!

really amazing views here. cozy and tucked away at the top of a mountain. river views. bridge views. comfy bed. good shower pressure. no stove but made the stove top thingy work well enough for breakfast. the owners really helped us out. we couldn't get up the hill in our stock tires with the start of the snowstorm. thanks for saving the day and treating us like family. you have a beautiful location!!

Loved our stay. It was only for a night but the place was really nice. Very peaceful and quiet. You are by the road and you can occasionally hear a train pass by but nothing crazy and we had a peaceful sleep and rest. Would 100% stay again!!

We enjoyed our brief stay at Lambrini's cottage in the very quaint village of Montgomery. The cottage was just right for our weekend - comfortable to rest and convenient to get to our events in Middletown. We appreciated the flexibility of being able to check in early on Saturday. If we have another opportunity in the future, we will be happy to book it again!

We had an amazing stay at Seth’s Airbnb! From the start, he was incredibly responsive and flexible, making the check-in process seamless. The prep materials he provided were a game-changer, allowing us to plan an incredible trip. Thanks to his thoughtful recommendations, we got to experience some of the absolute best things Beacon has to offer. The location couldn’t be better—easily walkable to The Roundhouse, Main Street, top restaurants and bars, and even great hiking spots. The space itself was spotless, well-appointed, and super comfortable. We felt right at home throughout our stay. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Beacon, this is it. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Keith's BnB, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could possibly need. Keith went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing great local tips and always being available if I had any questions. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions but still in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I truly felt at home and can't wait to return on my next visit. Wonderful rental! Just like the photos show it is thoughtfully decorated and absolutely peaceful - a place where you can feel at home. We had a busy itinerary visiting Storm King Art Center and Dia and wished we had planned for more downtime to just enjoy the house and garden. We highly recommend the guest suite.

Place was great and affordable definitely enough space to be able to relax inside. Doris was very responsive and helpful too!

Matthew was an excellent host. He responded timely, had great suggestions and even lent us some lawn chairs to take to our tailgate at the football stadium. His apartment is incredibly efficient. Everything you need. Easy in and very clean and safe. Kudos to him for offering a great space. We so hope to be back soon.

This is a great location in a half-basement with excellent decor as shown in the posting photos and with a full laundry and good kitchen that looks out on the large and grassy backyard. The bath has exposed plastic and copper water pipes near the ceiling that are convenient (after a quick brush off of dust on top) for extra room for hanging towels so they dry fast, but it's a mystery why big bubbles of old yellowish expanded foam at either end of the pipes and along the floor next to the WC have never been cut back flush with the adjacent wall and baseboard. In the entry room there is a steady drip from the apparent condensate drain just below the ceiling. When our son came in ahead of us to drop off some food the cleaning ladies had multiple windows open because the dryer wasn't connected to the vent so hot air was pouring into the bnb. Fortunately, he was able to reconnect the connection and later the a/c worked well and all the windows could be shut.

Mark’s place was exactly what we needed. We attended to a friend’s wedding and all the other days we did something else in the city. It is a great place to sleep and prepare your breakfast in the mornings and even a steak at night if you are hungry. Mark is a very nice person and was very friendly and communicative. Looking forward to repeat the place in the future.

Aric is the best. always goes above and beyond. the place checks off all my boxes. no wonder its my 3rd time. I shall return!!

I can't say enough positive things about Cathy and Pete's property. It was everything and more than you could wish for in an AirBnB stay. 1. It was 100% as described in the listing (photos, etc). 2. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. 3. Cathy and Pete did so much to feel me feel welcomed including the little "welcome sign" and taking time to chat with me. 4. Beautifully and tastefully decorated - West Point memorabilia and their personal keepsakes. 5. Safe, quiet and lovely residential neighborhood. I dare say, this is by far the best stay I've ever had at an AirBnB!
