Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Orange County

The place was so great! Quick walk to main st. Clean and nice house. Great backyard. Very comfy and cozy for a snowy weekend with two little kids. Eva was very communicative and texted about snow removal right away! Would def stay again on our next Beacon visit!

The place was super comfy and cozy, all the amenities needed for a weekend Airbnb trip! Projector and screen a very nice touch.

We loved staying at Gary and Christine’s place in Beacon. Cute house, lots of room, quick walk to the brewery or Main Street. Would definitely stay again!

Ruth’s place was perfect for our short getaway to take the kids to learn to ski. Plenty of space and clean. Easy to get to. Would come back next year for some more ski lessons!

I am so glad that I found Yvonne's place. It was perfect for my group. Clean, tons of beds, laundry facilities, and a great kitchen that enabled 9 or so of us to cook dinner for a group of 20. We were so thrilled to learn there was a propane grill with propane in it, ready to go. The beds were comfortable. The showers provided plenty of hot water. The living room was comfy and cozy with nice couches that were comfortable enough to sleep on. I would stay here again and again if the opportunity arises.

Jose was a great host—very responsive and proactive. It snowed the day we arrived, and Jose made sure the snow was cleared so we could fully enjoy the place. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back.

I had a wonderful stay in Catherine’s beautiful and charming home. She was super communicative and takes great care to make sure her guests have everything they need. The location is great - everything is walkable as described. I can’t wait to return to Catherine’s the next time I’m in Beacon!

Carl's place was just as he presented it - cozy, nicely appointed, and pristinely clean! This studio was perfectly located for travelers who want to explore the best that Hudson Valley has to offer. We were able to hit Newburgh, Beacon, and Cold Spring over the long weekend and never drove more than 30 minutes. Additionally, our hosts were wonderful and extremely responsive. As mentioned in the description, you can hear the family upstairs moving around a bit but we didn't mind. Would strongly recommend Carl's place to any couples or small families looking to escape the city for a bit.

Graham was super responsive. Initially I was worried as the apartment is located on a busy road, but there were no noise problem and the space behind the building was beautiful

They were super hospitable, friendly, and gave great recommendations for spots nearby.

The kitchen was well stocked and the location was great. The spot was a short walk away from Main Street and the hiking trails. We truly enjoyed our stay. We would return to this place just to unwind and spend time outside of NYC.

This stay was clean and cozy! We stayed here for one night during our trip across the country for the holidays and were so happy to have this lovely space to rest in with our pup. Laurie left several treats for us and generally made the space welcoming. We got some good Chinese food and enjoyed a peaceful, snowy evening. We will definitely stay here again if we follow the same route in the future!

We didn’t have time to cook there but the kitchen would have had what I needed. Concerned host reached out when we had delays in travel and a very late check in. Lots of space. Stairs entering building are steep but sturdy if you have someone with knee issues. Bar next door causes some noise to be heard in kitchen area but it was still quiet in the bedrooms at the back. Wonderfully close to restaurants, coffee, ice cream, etc.

Miryan is an incredible, friendly host! Her place is cozy, spacious and has beautiful light. She added thoughtful touches so that you feel right at home. The area is peaceful but still right next to all the Beacon attractions. Thank you for making our stay so restful and welcoming <3

My spouse and I, along with our two dogs, just spent a wonderful week leading up to Christmas at Fernanda and Albert's place. The home was cozy, charming, and conveniently located near everything on Main Street in Cold Spring, nestled in a very walkable neighborhood. Albert was incredibly responsive, easygoing, and helpful throughout our stay.

Even though I lost some items during my stay, the host was very kind, patient, and understanding throughout the process. He explained everything clearly and helped resolve the situation smoothly. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-located. I truly appreciate their hospitality. I highly recommend both the place and the host!

It was a wonderful stay at Kritof's condo. He gave us a thorough check in instructions which made check in very easy. He even let us know the place was available earlier for check in which was nice. The condo was nice and clean with everything stocked and available. We had a great time skiing at Mountain Creek Ski resort. Thank you for a comfortable, relaxing stay!!

Great place! Easy to check in and enjoyed the heated garage. It was super convenient to get to the room as well.

We had a great time! The unit is an easy walk to Minerals, and the layout was perfect for our needs. Joann was a fantastic host and we can’t wait to stay again!

I highly recommend this unit. It is exactly like the listing/photos, newly remodeled, and fantastic big windows with a ton of natural light. Massimo was super responsive, especially the day of my check-in when my car battery died in the parking garage! He was very helpful. I travelled with my 9 and 2 year old and it was very comfortable for the kids. Perfect rental for ski in/out on Mountain Creek.

Enjoyed are stay. So convenient to be right next to mountain creek ski lodge.
