The unit was amazing! Beautiful and spacious and the view can’t be beat. During our stay there was a group of dolphins putting on quite the show out in the bay. That was a highlight of the trip getting to see dolphins while lounging on the balcony! The location is wonderful as well - so many activities right on site and nearby. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

Andy was wonderful to work with. There were some maintenance issues that he got on top of and handled. Really appreciate his help especially with a houseful of people at Christmas. Great to work with.

The condo provided a great view and was perfect for four. Everything was well stocked- plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels etc. the condo was easy to access. The beach was great but it was cold so we got to enjoy the indoor steam room, hot tub and pool!

We had a wonderful extended family stay for the Christmas holiday. The condo was clean and in a great location to watch the beach or sit, walk play on the beach. We enjoyed our stay in orange beach very much and were able to cook as to not spend lots of time eating out. The weather was a little chilly on the beach but it was still beautiful. Thank you for a great Christmas beach get away.

Absolutely fantastic condo! The balcony view is like none other! Shelia is very responsive and wonderful to work with. We’ll be back as soon as we can.

We had four adults and my dog who stayed the week of fall break. Perfect weather but the recent hurricane brought up biting flies which I had never encountered here and are tenacious! You can’t control Mother Nature so it made the huge porch that much more of an asset. I loved that it had a gate for our dog and you could move around the house to hide from the sun as it shifted throughout the day. Great spot to get away from the large groups that have become the norm at the gulf. Not listed in the amenities but they have a grill.

This was my first time ever to Pensacola, unfortunately because of a funeral, but Micah made it feel so comfortable and greeted us when we got there with her sweet fur babies! Her place is absolutely adorable and perfect for all I needed! Her and her husband both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and makes sure you have all the necessities in case you forget something, which I did! And leave you some treats in a basket for when you need a little snack! And if you’re lucky and you have time, you may can book a massage with her while you’re there! I just loved it and I will definitely be back to visit this summer to enjoy the beach! Thank you Micah!

The mermaid cottage is a quaint little house in a great location. It is located in walking distance to the beach and close to all the local restaurants and entertainment on the beach. It's got all the amenities that you would need outside the comfort of your own home! It's a great little getaway!

First and foremost, David is one of the most attentive hosts I’ve stayed with. Always reaching out, and when needed, very responsive. His spot is like being away at a secluded cabin, and you’re still 20 minutes away from the beach. I booked with him because it was pet friendly, and not only was the fenced yard a great selling point, but something he didn’t list was the quiet neighborhood that makes for a good evening walk. Not going to lie, this great review is warranted, but I wish I could keep this little gem to myself.

I had a wonderful stay. Uber to down town usually costs $10-$12 bucks. Block away from a beautiful park on the bay

my Husband and I had a great week. The snow was amazing. The gift cart is so nice to have to ride through the neighborhood. We love the nice big TVs and The king bed was so nice that we slept Great.

Shanna’s place was great! It was close to the DT area that it was only about a 5-10 minute drive anywhere you wanted to go. It was perfect for what we needed

Maria went above and beyond for us. She responded quickly at night when we had an issue. There was a walking path a block away that I took my dog to. Would recommend

This place is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. There were quite a few restaurants and shops well within walking distance. The reserved parking just under the condo was very handy. The upstairs bathroom door wouldn't close but my husband finagled it a bit but it was only a temporary fix. The upstairs bathtub drained extremely slow. Some of the pictures on the listing are a little deceiving, e.g., the kitchen and pool are smaller than they look. This was not an issue for us. I would DEFINITELY stay here again.

We rented for our large family, it was a great fit and room for everyone. My kids and grandkids can't wait to come back and asked if we could stay at this house again. walk to the beach was short even with toddlers. Loved that there was beach chairs, umbrella, floaties and tons of sand toys for the kiddos!

Our stay was amazing. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to everything. Everyone in our group couldn’t get over how beautiful the home was. More than enough room. Definitely worth visiting again.

Great place! Big enough for our large group (9) with plenty of room to spread out. Would stay here again! Kitchen had everything you could need to cook thanksgiving dinner, and more. The storage with beach gear provided was amazing. Table fit us all for dinner plus my uncle who we went there to visit. Bedrooms all have balconies! Comfortable and clean. Clear check in and check out instructions. You wont be disappointed. LOCATION PERFECT. Thanks again!

My family and I had a great time staying here, we loved the place and location. Caught a glimpse of the dolphins while watching the sunrise and stingrays jumping up out of the ocean!

Such a great and convient little house to stay in for two people!

My husband and I can’t gush enough about this space! This is our second stay and we even discovered a few new things that we loved. The space was clean and comfy and the huge jacuzzi tub was still one of the highlights! The bed is comfortable and there is a sleeper futon that is very cozy for watching shows and relaxing! But we figured out that the kitchen had a few things we didn’t realize before. There’s an air fryer that is big enough for two people to make a treat, a blender, and also baking pans that we used to make muffins! The equipment in the kitchen added a little something extra and we also made use of the small park right next door. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had the most wonderful week at Matthew’s house, Triple Joy. Plenty of room for 3 families. House was clean, well equipped & exactly as described. Walkable to beach & pool right across the street. Not a complaint to be had—thank you!
