The place was perfect...the pool was great for the 4 little boys we had with us. Very close to the ball fields and restaurants. Monica was great. very responsive to questions. We plan on renting agosnnext year when my next son goes

If your attending a tournament at CASV , this is the ideal spot. Nice view , a pool to relax and ample space for your entire family.

We loved this stay in cooperstown, was the perfect in between location between our family for the holiday. Main Street was a little over five minute drive, super close. Game room was perfect for having our kids with us, house feels even larger in person than in pictures!

Beautiful view. Beautiful and updated house. Private and quiet location. We had extenuating circumstances at check in. Omer was quick to respond and very helpful to offer assistance in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this for a quiet retreat. Recommend 4wd if you go during the winter.

We came up to see the Baseball Hall of Fame with my Father. We had a great time here. Heated pool, great location in a private setting and just a few minutes from the HOF. The home has everything you need and is well kept. Michelle was helpful and quick to respond with questions. High quality host. Our second time using one of their managed properties and had a blast. We were a family of 12 that spent Christmas at this beautiful home. The large farmhouse table was perfect for all of our food, crafts, cookies AND all of us! Enjoyed the hottub, the foosball table, the ping pong table, and our little guy loved the classic arcade games! (So did we ;). Great house for a large family gathering! Also Cassandra was very friendly and responsive!

My wife and I have stayed multiple times at the Delaware house in Andes , NY . We have stayed in studios in the Long House and have stayed in the Main Delaware house . All of it is great and comfortable , this weekend we had the main house to ourselves with two cats and had a great weekend , super cozy and clean . Andes is a great middle ground area for us to stay because we enjoy driving around seeing different farms , hiking , restaurants and discovering new towns, although Andes is our quiet town to enjoy some peace. Much to offer .

We had a great stay at Ally’s place - communication was good, check in and check out were easy, house was clean. Very well located - 5 minute drive to All Star Village, 5 minute drive to the grocery store to stock up on food, and 2 minute drive to downtown restaurants.

Absolutely STUNNING! My partner and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate my birthday, and it exceeded even our high expectations in every way. The lodge itself was beautiful, perfectly located within a reasonable distance of everything we wanted to experience- hiking, tubing/skiing, fine dining, charming cafés, and more. The views were breathtaking, and you could feel the intention behind every detail in the space. We’re usually eager to get back home after a trip, but this time, we genuinely didn’t want to leave. It was unforgettable!

I enjoyed my stay at Gavin and Alison's house in the Catskills. It was a great place to spend a snowy winter weekend in January with my son and two grandchildren. The house is a short drive from various skiing and winter-sports resorts. We were satisfied with the kitchen and other amenities, played board games, and generally had a relaxing time. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

We had a great stay! This home made for a perfect home base while visiting the MLB hall of fame. Quick/ easy ride up to Cooperstown. Check in/ out were easy. Beds were comfortable and home was very clean. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. Grocery stores were very close for what we needed during our stay. Home is right on the lake which gave a great view and I’m sure is pretty spectacular in the summer. Would return. Thanks!

Quiet cottage on a beautiful property . no neighbors in sight! cottage is comfortable and clean. we rode bicycles from Carbondale to the property along D&H path.

Stayed in the house the weekend of December 28th. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This was the absolute perfect long weekend getaway on a snowy weekend. Comfortable, clean, clear communication, charming, crazy cool...the house is set away from the road, lots of privacy, lovely land, not overly fussy, great dining room table, terrific views. We all agreed this was among our very favorite stays ever. Hosts were very helpful when our city car got stuck in the ice and they called a neighbor to pull us out. Like that. Really great.

Denise went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family and make our Christmas special! Right down to treats for the dogs! We felt right at home and had Christmas under one roof! Denise left us all feeling very special!

Cooper Creek is an amazing place to stay!! Eileen is an excellent host, we felt very welcome when we arrived. There are also a ton of games, puzzles, books and toys to keep everyone entertained when the weather outside is less than desirable!

This was a great house for two families with small children. Nice kitchen and hang out space. Very close to Belleayre Mountain.

We’ve stayed at Magda’s a few times now, and we keep coming back because it’s just so great. A beautiful home in a lovely Catskills town. Magda is a phenomenal host: friendly, responsive, accommodating. Cannot recommend this place enough for your weekend getaway, no matter the season.

The Birch Creek Mountain house is great for a large group. I and my son and daughter and their families stayed there. It is kid and dog friendly and had lots of space for all 8 of us. The fireplace saved us this weekend since it was bitter cold ourside. Happy for the waffle iron too, ha ha. We had adult time in front of the fire, kid time in the family and living room. Our host Jennifer was very pleasant and responsive to any questions we had. I think this would be a great place to come back to in summer. Gail

Me and my family of 4 ( 6 and 3yrs old), absolutely felt so at home at Denise home. My kids were really sad we were leaving. The house was spacious and cozy. very very clean. They had some kids DVD movies the kids never seen and board games which were fun. We were there during a snowstorm and it was like a post card. We have family that lives on the other side of the Creek and it was so easy to stop over to see them and hit up the supermarket in case we needed anything for the storm. We were a little worried about the road, but Denise let us know that in the middle of the night they would start plowing, so it worked out great. My littlest one asked that we come back to the blue house and it will definitely be a place we choose again and recommend. Thank you so very much for such a nice place to stay.
