Absolutely peace parades. Away from the hustle and bulse of city life. Beautiful, swimmable, fishable large pond with a few paddle boats and row boat plus life jackets for adults and children. Nice, Full Length covered front porch with swing and rocking chairs for relaxation while watching the Humming Birds feed from the feeders. They have thought of everything. Inside nice and clean and they even provide Wi-Fi access as well as a laptop for your use. All the cooking gadgets, utensils and cookware needed for anyone working the kitchen plus cooking items like Fish Fry powder, flour, condiments for just about anything 2 coffee makers (single cup Kureg and 12 cup drip both with either Kureg coffee cups or regular ground coffee and filters.) There is just Sooo much that can be said and Rodger N mary went Above and Beyond what you'd experience in most any place you can think of. I forgot to mention the FARM FRESH EGGS they provide. 5 STARS - BIG 3 THUMBS UP. We'll be back!!!

We came here to host our staff Christmas party. It was perfect! Everyone had a great time, and several of them stayed over to be safe rather than driving home. We were able to easily prepare a meal for 20 people in the large kitchen. This was by far the cleanest, most well stocked, well cared for, well maintained property that I’ve stayed at! We didn’t want to leave!

Booked Bill’s beautiful home and property for my in-laws and their 4 dogs over Christmas specifically because it was so dog-friendly and near my mom’s house in Burton. Bill was an incredible host making sure everyone had everything they needed and even joined us and cooked dinner for my mother-in-laws birthday! This will certainly be the spot for them any time they visit in the future! Thanks again to Bill and his sweet labs Bella and Grace!

This place was perfect for two or three guests. The bedrooms are on a floor by themselves and both rooms were well decorated, clean and comfortable. I liked that there were fans in the closet so we could have white noise :) The neighborhood was very quiet. I enjoyed lots of the details of the decorations from the cute throw pillows to the charming drawer pulls. The kitchen was stocked well :) Some things to note: since there is hard water in this neighborhood, there is a smell of water softener when bathing or using the sink. It was a nice touch to have plenty of bottled water in the fridge. We visited in February during a snow storm and loved it, I would like to return during warmer months to enjoy more of the outdoor amenities.

Perfect for a girls getaway- cottage was exactly as described and even cuter than pictures. Lots of space to hang out and so thoughtfully appointed with anything you could think of- blankets, games, puzzles, toiletries, dishes, portable speaker, coffee bar and more. Looking forward to booking again soon!

Kimberly was very responsive to any questions we had. The property is beautiful and private. We enjoyed watching the deer come through everyday. The house was decorated nicely for Christmas with two trees in the living room, other decorations throughout the home, and lights outside.

Such a beautiful spot! We rented the house for a weekend with friends and it was perfect. The home is beautiful, the surroundings are peaceful and it made for a perfect weekend. I was especially impressed with the kitchen- everything you'd need is there including tons of great serving dishes. Every detail was well thought out and I would recommend it to anyone. I'd love to come back in summer!

Over and above my expectations. The special touches (soft towels, speciality coffee’s, crisp linens, nice blankets, extra toothbrushes) and presentation of items were noticed and appreciated.

We had the most amazing Thanksgiving getaway at the Cottage by the Lake! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the cozy, welcoming atmosphere and breathtaking views of the lake. The cottage was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare our holiday feast. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was how dog-friendly the property was. Our furry family member had the best time exploring the spacious yard. It’s not always easy to find accommodations that genuinely cater to pets, but this cottage went above and beyond. The quiet, peaceful surroundings provided the perfect backdrop for family bonding, were unforgettable. We are so grateful for this beautiful place and can’t wait to return for another stay. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat!

Beautiful little cottage on the farm. This was a last minute stay after being let down by another Airbnb owner. Molly accepted our booking and messaged us immediately and even provided zucchini bread which was a lovely touch . Her communication was excellent . The property was as described and felt very homely. The queen bed was very soft and as soon as we told Molly she said she’d get it rectified.

We absolutely loved the cabin. The cabin set up was perfect for our family. The hot tub was pristine and so luxurious on a cold, rainy night. Our boys especially loved that there was an Xbox with games to enjoy. The cabin was so clean and is actually one of the best Airbnb that we have stayed at. We will definitely be back! We come to Athens a couple of times a year and this was our favorite spot! Great amenities, beautiful scenery, and not too far from campus. Andrew was very responsive and approachable, and the house was in great shape!

Loved this place! Great for all seasons, very clean, and cozy! They had lots of games you could play inside and outside. I would recommend!

The cabin was absolutely gorgeous!We arrived on a very snowy day and the area around the cabin and view from inside was stunning.We wanted a snowy retreat in the woods and this was definitely the place for that.The fireplace and lighting added to the cozy feel.The furniture was relaxing and the beds were comfortable.The master bedroom was amazing with it's own private soaker tub and mood lighting for the ultimate relaxation experience. Those renting should know that it is an absolute must to have a four wheel drive vehicle NOT an all wheel drive,at least in the snowy and icy weather we had during our visit. Also, the common area drive is only a one way drive! The kids absolutely loved the game room. All games worked well and they were able to spend time down stairs while mom and dad enjoyed the views and quiet from the main level. The house was super clean. Hot tub was large enough to feel roomy for our family of 6. Billy was a great host. He checked in with us and was responsive.

This is the second time we have stayed at Alissa’s place; a log cabin that has been totally restored and very tastefully decorated. Alissa is very accommodating and typically responds to requests or questions within minutes. She provides many little touches that you don’t often see in rental houses, but that go a long way to making you feel at home: a basket of toiletries (in case you forget to bring something); plenty of bottled water in the fridge; a well provisioned Kitchen with spices and all essential cooking implements; lots of fluffy towels; extra blankets. Since we were here during a cold snap we did not get to take advantage of the kayaks or the hot tub, but we hope to return in warmer weather so that we can use all the amenities. This cabin is a great option for anyone who may be visiting someone at the Copeland Oaks Retirement Community in Sebring or the University of Mount Union in Alliance.

Absolutely beautiful and worth the money. Joel was an excellent host. Wonderful country getaway, yet close to attractions and shopping. Extremely pet friendly. I have nothing but positive things to say about Joel and his place. We will most definitely consider staying here again.

The cottage was perfect! It had everything we needed. It was very clean and had all the amenities as stated. The WiFi went out and Jenny had it fixed in no time. Although it was cold during the time we went, we scheduled another visit for the summer to experience more outdoor time. Looking forward to it. Highly recommend this cabin if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay. 💕
