Vacation rentals with a patio in Oconee County

Beautifully decorated, recently renovated condo unit which was Perfect for parents weekend at UGA. Close to 5 Points with many dining options and also the GA Botanical Gardens. Great location for downtown activities as well. Super clean and well furnished.

We had a great stay with a large family group. The two units were a good setup for us. The area is convenient to just about anything you want to do in Athens. I really liked the memory foam mattress in my room, very comfortable and slept great. Kitchen was convenient for our needs. Would stay here again!

Perfect spot! We had a big group in town for a conference and this was so convenient. We were all able to come and go as we pleased, no trouble with parking, and since there’s so much in walkable distance we didn’t all have to do the same thing. Beds were very comfy and the space was lovely. Would recommend to friends who need a good home base while visiting Athens!

Teri's place was a dream! The unit overlooked the most beautifully landscaped zen garden with windchimes and was so peaceful! Also I loved how well it was stocked with everything you could think of including water, drinks, coffee even half n half in the fridge, breakfast bars, snacks etc! there was also a sound machine on the bedside table and a book listing the local recommended restaurants and things to do. She really thought of everything to make you feel at home and I would highly recommend her place!

Nice clean apartment exactly as described. Vey good location close to downtown Athens and the UGA campus. Host always communicated clearly and was responsive when need it. I do recommend staying on this properties.

We were in town for my daughter's sorority parent's weekend. The location cannot be beat!! It was nice to be able to walk to all the events downtown and not have to worry about getting an Uber. The condo was clean and having an assigned parking spot was a plus. We will definitely stay again!!

We loved our extended weekend at the Music Box. The home was welcoming and extremely clean with lots of extra nice touches like well stocked tea and musical instruments to try. The view of the river was pretty and the neighborhood deer did stop by several times. We were just 10 minutes or so from downtown.

We had a great stay in Athens visiting my daughter for parents weekend. Joy’s place was perfect! We felt right at home. We walked over to the trails at the intramural fields and enjoyed a beautiful spring afternoon! We can’t wait to visit again!

This was a spacious, comfortable place for us to spend a week. It has two bathrooms, both small, but nicely updated. The kitchen was also nicely updated. One of the three bedrooms has a sizeable desk, which was a perfect workspace for me. The place has a really large yard with some nice outdoor spaces. We also love the Normaltown neighborhood. It's quiet, and an easy walk to a lot of cool places on Prince Street. We'd be happy to stay here again next year.

Hopefully, next time in Athens, we will be able to book the same Airbnb very satisfied

#CLUTCH location for all things UGA graduation/game day! The beautiful back deck should be highlighted better, because it’s an incredible space for outdoor cooking/dining/birdwatching! The home has everything you need, and then some! Very efficient layout!

This is my second time staying at Nayla’s condo. Every time I travel with my daughter for Volleyball to Athens this is my favorite place to stay. Nayla is kind, responsive and friendly. Her condo is clean and has all the listed amenities. I’ll definitely stay again if my daughter’s Volleyball team brings me to Athens!

Perfect for our stay as we visited UGA and the area. Great location for checking out the area. Hannah was helpful and quick to accomdoate our schedule. As a former airbnb host of 4 years - it met my expectations in every way, I recommend, and would absolutely stay there again.

Very walkable to 5 points & sorority row. Need a car for downtown and other spots around UGA. Technically walkable to Sanford but it’s not close. The place is great for a 2-4 people.
