Stayed here with some family for my cousins wedding. It was a great stay, clear and straight forward instructions to find the bnb. Hosts were very kind and went above and beyond. The location was a perfect in between area with many dining options.

This place was great. Very clean and comfortable. We loved the attention to details and small but thoughtful conveniences like throw blankets in the living room, bathrobes in the bedroom closet, the snack basket, and frosty mugs in the freezer. It was a short stay for us so we didn’t cook but the kitchen was great and fully equipped. And Renee was very friendly and communicative. We’d definitely stay here again.

Place was perfect for a quick weekend stay. Located in a very nice neighborhood, it was very convenient and close to all places we needed to go to in Athens.

My uncle came in from Austria to stay with us and was very pleased with this AirBnb and the hosts. He was so grateful how well everything was thought out, the necessities offered and the small, kind, above and beyond acts such as warm cookies upon arrival. Thank you for such a great stay!

Great location, you can walk almost anywhere! The backyard was amazing and the place comfortably fit our group of 6. Patrick and Jordan were also very responsive to questions and requests.

Our host, Megan ask for specifics of what we needed to make our stay perfect! From coffee needs to water to light snack and games. The house was just as described and had plenty of space for our family. The neighborhood was nice and even had deer all around to give us a secluded feel. Megan responded quickly to any questions and made everything easy and flexible for check in and out! We will be back!

This was a perfect house in an area that we wanted to stay in. It was super clean and everything was just great.

Marc was great - super responsive and helpful. Best checkout policy out there, no cleaning task list! Marc was very flexible in our checkout time, which was a big help. The house is older but very clean and open feeling - great high ceilings. Parking is huge and the back yard is large and private. Super comfortable beds and great linens. Kitchen is clean and very functional. All in all, a great stay!

Had a great stay! We came for a Georgia football game and it was close to the stadium and spacious for everyone. The hosts are accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Hunter's house is a great base camp for all things Athens! It's quiet, comfortable, well-furnished, and convenient to downtown and campus. The unit was easy to find, has a nice dedicated parking spot off the street, and has a very simple check-in process. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The place was perfect for our stay! Lots of room. I loved the 'extras' that were available if needed (toothbrush, cotton balls, q-tips, etc), such a nice touch. I would highly recommend this home for a stay.

This was a great property for a gathering of 5 former college roommates. There was ample sleeping space and two full bathrooms. We loved the character of the neighborhood and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and to the nearby rails-to-trails conversion which was in a great park! We made use of the backyard firepit (BYO firewood). The Ring camera was a bit disconcerting with the beeping all over when a door was opened which made it a bit challenging for the early risers to sneak out without awakening the slumbering but this would definitely be a plus for families with children. 😊
