Great host! Such a cozy place to stay me and my family needed a small vacation and this home felt like home, will be hosting again !

Had an excellent stay at Precedy's. Loved the massive space in the suite, especially loved how comfortable the bed was... was absolutely heavenly. Would definitely recommend staying here for anyone venturing to Dacula.

very clean and open with a back patio

I was in town for a short 2 nights/3 days for a wedding. Very relaxing and the old house charm was wonderful. We couldn't have been any happier with our accomodations and will definitely be back this summer! If you are attending an event at Sparrow Grove Manor this is the ideal location - very short walk (5 minutes or less). Shopping is 5 minutes away & we hope to do a little antiquing on our next visit. Our thanks to our hosts for maintaining such a great place! Anne

We stayed 2 nights at Megan's place while we were in town to celebrate our friend's 50th birthday. Megan was very responsive and checked to make sure everything was as expected once we arrived. The house was lovely, homey, and very clean with comfortable furniture and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. We especially enjoyed sitting on the screened patio out back - no bugs, yay!! We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well-appointed with a Keurig and electric kettle that I used with my travel Aeropress for coffee. Megan's place would be perfect for a group or family stay - lots of space to spread out.

A very nice experience More than enough room for two. Easy entry. The house was clean and quite comfortable. Extra touches came with the house I did not expect. Sodas (had a few), Snacks (gave them a pass), extra paper towels (found after I bought some). The appliances are all "Al Gore' energy savers, so they all take some time to run, but that is mostly what is available when you buy new ones these days. They all worked fine. Detergent provided. Comfortable bed, and 2 more upstairs if you didn't like that one. Really smooth 2 weeks stay overall. 5 Stars.

I had the most wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! The house itself is GORGEOUS with high ceilings and so much space….Margaret was also very warm and accommodating in all communications, and I will be recommending this house to anyone I know visiting Athens! 10,000/10 experience!

Wonderful updated cottage in prime location near Five Points. Very thoughtfully furnished, great amenities. Perfect for a family weekend or longer stay.

We enjoyed our visit at Ms Lucy’s place. It was exactly as the pictures showed. When setting the reservation up Ms Lucy was very responsive. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future visits.

Had a great stay! We came for a Georgia football game and it was close to the stadium and spacious for everyone. The hosts are accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

It was a good stay from start to finish and a great home away from home for me while my house was undergoing some remodeling. Farol lived up to previous reviews that said she goes above and beyond, which is, indeed the case; and it's a lovely and comfortable accommodation.

The Music Box was an excellent home base for us in Athens. It is a bit of a drive to get to most places, but was worth it because the home is a comfortable, peaceful haven in beautiful surroundings. Plus the driving around was easy.

We visited for a UGA game. The home was close by & easy to access. Hunter described the location & access to the home very well, and was very helpful. ((As it is off the road and a bit hidden, but at the same time it is very private.)) We would definitely stay here again, it was a great location & the house was great!! Yes!! It's a Beautiful House with everything we needed at a great price. I highly recommend it, if you are in Athens. I would definitely use it again.
