Amazing and cosy Shepard's hut and lodges in peaceful surroundings. A really lovely atmosphere has been created with lots of lovely details. It was so easy to settle in and relax. Great location to access the Quantock Hills. Host is nearby and was very helpful and accommodating, helping us lock away our bikes for overnight.

this I believe is the fourth time I have stayed at the secret lodge, absolutely love there David yet again is a fantastic host . I shell be booking again sometime in July. thank you david

Serena's place is home from home. Cosy, a well equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and oven. A very comfortable bed, and relaxing living room. It is all very tastefully decorated .Sweet touches are you are greeted with fresh scones on the table, clotted cream and jam.. A bottle of wine in the fridge. Fresh flowers and a bowl of sweets in the living room. Everything is very fresh and clean. You are in the countryside, butTaunton is very close, with various dining pubs not too far away, and the joy of walks in the country too.
