Great location in an awesome condo. Everything was crystal clean and ready for our trip and Pam was very responsive to all our messages. We will for sure be coming back to stay!

We loved staying at this condo. The indoor pool, playground, lazy river (heated), and the jumping pillow were all perfect for our kids. Being right on the river was ideal for walks and our kids loved climbing on the rocks out in the river. There was a lot more traffic than we were expecting for our first time in Pigeon Forge, but we were okay with it. Just plan ahead and be willing to wait in line for some of the fun things to do in town. So much great hiking close by. The riverwalk is right across the street and was a great way to enjoy the river. The condo was perfect, the views of the golf course on the back of the condo was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice place with everything that is needed for an easy stay. Jenny and Ania are easy to contact and send messages regularly that helped the stay. Hot tub and pool could have been warmer, but not the lister’s fault. Very nice pool area. Cool play area with Pool and table tennis. Washers and dryers worked nicely. Some updating could be done but then the price would probably have to increase. Overall great place would book again!!

Great pool, close to everything, the sky park is pretty neat and just a mile away. Place was very clean and well appointed with dishes, etc. People are super frfriendly and helpful here at the lodge.

Casie was such a sweet and amazing host ! Very helpful & made sure we didnt need anything ! If we did need anything i know 100% i could have contacted Casie and got whatever i needed quickly! 10/10 in my opinion the views are absolutely beautiful! Walked right in and felt like i was at home !

We come to Gatlinburg every year around Christmas time for the last 6-7 years. This is now probably our most favorite place we have stayed. It’s a literal 5 minute walk to the strip and very easy to park when you have a larger vehicles like myself. It was spacious and nice. The beds and pillows are VERY comfortable! Only small downsides was it wasn’t the cleanest. Felt like the cleaning crew maybe rushed in and rushed out. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night which was inconvenient to say the least but things happen. All in all, we will 100% look to book here again and highly recommend it to anyone. Hiccups happen but I have no problem recommending this place to anyone!

Jim responded to any questions and let us know in advance that a new washer and dryer would be delivered. Only thing, not a breaker, is remote to tv in 2nd bedroom did not work. We thank Jim for a great place to stay and communicating with us.

We loved being right on the river with a view of the mountains. Also loved the gas fireplace since the mornings and evenings were cooler. Enjoyed not being in too busy of a place but it was so handy to whatever we wanted to do. It was easy to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or the park. Great place for 3 couples to stay. We thought it would be a great place for kids, too, but we didn’t bring any :)

Kerri's place is very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool/hot tub while we were there. The area was quiet and relaxing. Kitchen stocked well for fixing meals and the condo is cozy and comfortable. The only issue was the wifi instructions were possibly outdated because we could not find the wifi listed in the instruction book. We were able to link up with the condominium place open wifi so was not a huge deal.

We stayed 2 nights on road-trip. Didn’t get a chance to see immediate neighborhood. Easy access to sites we wanted to see. Host top notch.

Absolutely loved staying here! Location was perfect and Jackie was a great host. There was an issue one of the nights we stayed there and Jackie was more than gracious with the resolution. Can’t say enough good things about her as a host. Just a wonderful stay overall and someplace we hope to stay at again on a future stay!

The location of this place is amazing, downtown is a block away. There is so much to do, we didn’t even get to all the things we wanted to do! At night sitting on the balcony you can see all the mountains lit up with the sky bridge and Aneekesta it was so pretty and peaceful even though you’re right downtown it didn’t feel like it! We loved the place and definitely want to come back!

The place and surroundings are beautiful! Ramzi was so quick to respond to any questions we had. We fully enjoyed the game room while also being able to take in the views. Very cozy and comfortable space for a great getaway.

Wonderful quick getaway for our family of 4! It was beautiful and was described perfectly by Chris and Morgan. Lots for our 2 boys ages 9 and 12, gaming table, pool table, and hot tub. Lots of room and still felt cozy. In the morning we sat out on the deck and enjoyed the views of both downtown Gatlinburg and the beautiful mountains. We also got to watch as the Ober Gatlinburg tramway go by the house. We will definitely be back!

We had a great experience. The location is great. It is just off of the main drag and near the apple orchard which is one of our favorite places to visit when we come to the Smokies. We were able to let the boys splash around in the river nearby. The lodging was clean and neat. Furniture was comfortable. There were extra linens and pillows. We happened to be in town for Ponies in the Smokies and we were able to walk from the unit to the brewery nearby to look at the Mustangs with the boys. Communication was proactive from check in to check out. We are overall satisfied with our stay and would happily book this unit in the future.

Smoky Staycation was a wonderful experience! Beautiful home with beautiful views. The home was immaculate and very well organized with fun amenities to go along with it. The host was amazing and responsive. My wife and I needed help deciding where to eat breakfast and the host responded diligently. The host also recommended many fun activities and places to hike as well as the best locations to experience the sunset! We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful vacation experience.

This is our second stay at Phil's place, and just like the time before my family really enjoyed our stay. As soon as we arrived and got settled it, we instantly felt at home and comfortable. The house was neat as a pin and was beautiful decorated with unique works of art. With lots of shops, restaurants and plenty of fun activities to do near by we never ran out of something to do. The host was friendly and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this Airbnb and have to say this is my family's most favorite places to stay.

We were there for 3 weeks and it was the perfect spot. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood. People in the neighborhood were friendly and there were lots of trails through the trees to walk as well. The house is on a hill and high enough that you don’t notice the house below it which makes you feel like you’re more secluded. We bought a water filter for our time there because we didn’t like the taste of chlorine from the tap. The beds were comfortable. Firm but soft which worked well for us. Overall great experience!

This home is awesome! It’s spacious, has an amazing fenced in backyard, plenty of space to park all your cars, whew!! the gym really allows for a great calorie burn and plenty of equipment for strength training, a hot tub, wood burning fireplace, nice sized rooms, a tuned baby grand piano, a patio with an outdoor kitchen, grill, sofa and tv all before venturing inside for an incredible kitchen with tons of space and appliances to have family time—-the island has 5 chairs around it!…come stay and experience this home clearly full of love, happiness and compassion! Best out of town Christmas location for our family!!
