Vacation rentals in Noyemberyan

Thanks a lot, we've been at this villa for a family reunion with people coming from 4 different countries. This calm and distant place surrounded with amazing mountains and caves was exactly what we needed to spend maximum time together. Hiking is just great. Lots of cutlery and dishes to cook delicious food to each other. A very nice big pool where kids spent half of the time, lots of recreation space, a huge garden with grapes and kiwi(!) growing there. The host was sooo helpful at any time of the day!

great place to spend some days in the nature

Excellent house, very cozy, and you have everything you could possibly need! Barbecue area, kitchen, bedrooms - everything is even better than in the pictures! The check-in went smoothly and the communication was really nice! And what is great - the hiking routes start right there, so you can enjoy Dilijan's beautiful nature!

Arsen was very kind and helpful in offering us directions on minibuses in the area and attractions, communication was very effective also regarding check-in instructions. The apartment was very cozy, however maybe a little cold (February) but there was a heater that helped us warm the place. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Sanahin and the surroundings that we found very beautiful and characteristic.

Amazing experience! Views are amazing.. The host are very friendly and helpful! We were even milking the cows with them! Definitely to recommend!

I’ve spent a lovely week in this historical place, these cottages used to be residences for the worldwide famous composers and musicians of 20th century. The cottage is located in the woods, on a hillside with a mountain stream at the bottom. There is a terrace with a stunning view and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings with a glass of wine. You feel a great level of privacy there, the next cottage is far away and you barely would meet a single person during the whole day. The area is very quiet and beautiful, you easily find breathtaking spots to gorgeous landscapes and mountains there. Taxi works fine, there is even food delivery from Dilijan restos. The cottage itself is very cosy and modern, renovated recently, with fine tuned grand piano inside (was important for me, I was looking a place to practice myself). Karen, the owner, is a super nice person, very friendly and helpful. Treated me as his personal guest, arrived with local food and wine. He showed me Dilijan attractions personally, introduced me to his friends and then we had a very nice dinner all together in Erevan. True Armenian hospitality. Strongly recommend to everyone.

If you want to be alone with wild and indescribably beautiful nature then this place is ideal for you. An ideal place to see and feel all the beauty of the nature of Armenia. Vahe who knows these places very well is always ready to help. I spent five unforgettable days in silence and alone with wild nature.
