Monthly Rentals in Northern New Mexico

Great host. Cute house, perfect for two people. Comfortable & close to a lot of great restaurants. Art was communicative & helpful when I had any questions or concerns. The only ‘complaint’ I have was I did see a few smaller roaches in the bathroom but the house was very clean & I had no other issues. The house provided plates, cups, silverware etc for you to make a meal or to use with your takeout. Excellent host, would definitely stay again.

Great little studio. I highly appreciated the provided Brita Filter in the fridge and the extra heater for colder evenings. Everything was clean, organized, and the bed was comfortable! The house address was a little difficult to see at night but other then that it was easy to find and get to! Parking is a little tight but I didn't have any issues and I think any less confident parkers can park on the street. i was in and out all weekend for wedding events so this was exactly what I needed, a place to shower and sleep. Could not have asked for a better experience. Noel is so responsive and helpful. The descriptions of this casita are extremely accurate and were just what I was looking for--kitschy, homey, and safe. I felt so comfortable there and had everything I needed for a month-long work-related stay. I happened to meet the neighbors with the rigged up school bus and they were also lovely and respectful of quiet hours while working on their bus. They moved away during my stay. Highly, highly recommended! Thanks for being a part of making my trip to ABQ magical : -)
