Vacation home rentals in Northern California

Our group of 4 families stayed at both house A and B for 5 nights. It’s convenient to have 2 houses right next to each other with 2 fully stocked kitchens (all kinds of cooking tools and appliances you’ll need) to cook for a very large family. Rusty and Renae’s houses are less than 20 minutes from Bass Lake and 30 minutes to the entrance of Yosemite Park. It’s also conveniently located less then 5 minutes to grocery stores and gas stations. All bed linens and towels were very clean. The kids especially like the arcade games and board games. The hosts were flexible and tried to accommodate our needs as much as possible. Our whole extended family really enjoyed staying at Rusty and Renae’s homes.

Roselyn and Richard’s home is an absolute gem and they are wonderful hosts. I honestly don’t know how to describe how happy and pleasant of a home it is, we felt so comfortable and at peace there. And they were so friendly and helpful. 10/10 highly recommend.

This place was perfect for our group to celebrate the holidays with family. Wonderful kitchen set up for cooking for our group. Loved the walks right from the front door. Great location close to the amazing french bakery in Glen Ellen and not far from Sonoma proper. Can’t wait to stay in the summer to get the most out of the pool and spacious yard.

A perfect place to get away. Full kitchen, great bed/ mattress, hot tub and pool were perfect. Located right along a river. Great location, quiet, peaceful, and the hosts were proactively responsive during our stay. Would recommend this stay to anyone.

This place is charming, peaceful, and relaxing. You can’t beat the views of the lake as well as the mountain! We loved that it was fully fenced for our fur-baby. The home was clean and inviting and had all the necessary amenities. Our other Airbnb hosts had to cancel on us at the very last minute due to maintenance issues and Ginabelle accepted our reservation right away and went to warm the house up for us. Highly recommend staying here!

The property and the location are absolutely amazing! Fantastic view of Tomales Bay. Kayaking and store a 5 minute drive away. Point Reyes Station 15 minutes away. Tule Elk hike and Elephant Seal overlook less than half hour away. The property itself is in fantastic condition with a well appointed kitchen, fun reading options (I went and bought one book I started and didn’t have a chance to finish), nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Couldn’t give this place a higher recommendation!

We had a fantastic stay as a group of 6 people (3 couples). The location is pretty and convenient, the house has 3 nice bedrooms, a large and functional kitchen, a nicely equipped and spacious living room as well as a beautiful deck with a great view. Ewa (host) was very effective in communication whenever we needed it.

Sunnyside Tranquility is a true gem—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and nestled in complete privacy among the trees. The home is thoughtfully designed with every detail considered, and the new construction shines in both quality and comfort. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, creating an inviting and serene retreat. The peaceful setting made for a truly restful stay, with only the sound of gentle rain and birdsong in the background. If you're looking for a quiet escape with top-notch accommodations, this place is simply perfect!

Had an awesome stay here! The house was very accommodating for our group. We had people arrive at different times which meant a lot of cars, the driveway is very big. The inside of the home was lovely and spacious. The rooms were very spacious as well. We had the full cabin experience even though we were two minutes from everything. And when you’re here you need to go down to the lake it was awesome!

Perfect weekend stay! James was an amazing host, incredibly helpful and responsive. The loft was cozy and well taken care of, and the kitchen had all of amenities and appliances we love. Everything about our stay was above and beyond!

Very unique home with an indoor pool and soaking hot tub. the place is very beautiful and seems perfect for an adult get away or yoga retreat. however as 3 families with young kids, we still thoroughly enjoyed the home. Would just note there is some construction in the front attached unit. There was no noise but there is scaffolding up. Also would note that there are several small drink sized fridges but no full sized refrigerator. For the right group, this is a truly unique and amazing home.

We had a wonderful stay in Truckee. The house was very centrally located and there were plenty of nearby activities to keep us busy - afternoon drive to Tahoe, skiing at Boreal and Northstar, Donner Lake, and downtown Truckee food/shopping. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully remodeled - even better in person than the listing photos - and the neighborhood was very quiet and serene. There were some nice touches that made our stay extra enjoyable - everyone raved about the heaters and fancy mirrors in the bathrooms and the ski equipment racks and dryer in the garage was a big hit. The hot tub was fun for the adults and the pool table and backyard sledding were great for the kids. We also appreciated the EV charger in the garage, but did need an adapter for our Rivian (the wall connection is a NEMA 14-30P) - nothing Amazon prime couldn't fix. Finally, our hosts were very friendly and responsive to questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place is always tops. I almost hate reviewing it because I like having it available when I want to go up :) The location is perfect for the part of the coast we enjoy the most. Easy access down to Elk and up to Westport. The village of Mendocino and the best coastal state park anywhere (Russian Gulch) are minutes away. I implore you... do not book this place ;)

We loved this place. We felt right at home. In addition to being very clean, having comfy beds, and quality linens, the kitchen was so well equipped, switches and other operating controls around the house were labeled, the dining table was roomy with plenty of chairs, and the hot tub was easy to use. The condo had a real quality feel with good space to move around and big windows with cabin-in-snowy woods views.

What we loved most about Garrett's Water's Edge place was the patio. It overlooked Plumas Pines Golf Course and a small pond that was beautiful especially at night. It was a great place to relax with friends with a glass of wine or Baileys and coffee.

The condo was even better than expected! Betty was super communicative during the booking process. Perfect spot for my family’s ski trip. Amenities were top notch.

Welcoming place w exceptional pool & hot tub area perfect for relaxing. . Squeaky clean bathrooms. Kitchen abundantly stocked, even Liquid Smoke, a necessary ingredient for Vegetarian Meatballs. Live plants indoors were thriving. Clearly Emelia knocked herself out to create a restful environment.

We really enjoyed our stay. This unit is right across from the Big Springs Gondola with easy to all of the Northstar amenities. Very spacious and well appointed unit. Great place to stay, and we would love to visit again.

We loved staying at Shira’s place. The location is hard to beat if you want to be able to walk out and ski, and not worry about finding parking. The place is charming and perfect for a weekend getaway.
