Monthly Rentals in Northalsted, Chicago

I had a great stay at Mo & Ganna’s place! The apartment itself was super clean and the neighborhood was so nice, quiet, and super walkable. I love how close it was to Wrigley and that was the main reason why I chose to stay there.

I absolutely loved Lisa and Nathan’s place. It was exactly as advertised - a beautiful property (photos do not capture how nice this place really is). Aside from the great place and location is how responsive they were. My schedule was in flux while traveling and they were so flexible making sure my stay met my expectations. I also liked how quick they responded when I reached out about the heat (it was very cold in Chicago at the time). They immediately offered to send the building engineer to take a look - and it turns out I just didn’t know how to work the remote for the heat. The heat was fine - it was just user error on my part. But I respected how quickly they followed up with me to make sure everything was fine and that I was comfortable. Will definitely rent again next time I am in town. I can highly recommend their place.

We had a fantastic time staying here. It was an easy walk from the station. The neighborhood had numerous restaurants to get breakfast. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I have to credit Demitri for having quality/comfortable pillows on the bed which actually support your head/neck. We love Chicago and I'll definitely aim to stay here again on a future visit.

A great location and great host, very responsive. Close to restaurants, public transportation, and Wrigley. The place itself is old, so some finicky heating and shower issues, but overall a good deal
