Vacation rentals with breakfast in North Norfolk District

We had a great stay at Gills place. The home was comfortable and well equipped. Had a great selection of toys which our little one enjoyed playing with. Gill let us know all the information we needed for use of the house. Was an ideal home for our young family to stay in.

We had a great stay at June's place. We were a group of 11 adults and there was plenty of space and the pictures matched the house - in fact it felt roomier than the pictures. a nice garden space as well. The beach is a short walk away and there is a pub and a cafe nearby, and you are well placed for lots of exploring of North Norfolk. It's not fancy but it is homely, everything is clean, spacious and is very practical for a big group. I would recommend the house!

Had most of everything we needed for a short stay in the city. A comfortable, quiet house even though it is set back from a main road. We were able to park almost directly outside, making easy work of unpacking. The bathroom is small and could be made more user friendly with the addition of a few hooks. Having a Christmas tree and the cookies left for us was a nice touch. There is a handy shop round the corner. It is also an easy walk into the centre of the city with all its amenities and attractions. When we had a problem with the WiFi the response was very fast and the issue fixed.

From the moment we arrived Gwyn and Viv were really easygoing and welcoming - everything matched the previous excellent reviews. The interior is tasteful, spacious and impeccably clean. This is a great place to stay to visit nearby thriving Bury St. Edmunds and break up a longish journey to the north Norfolk coast from the south. Having Sky and a strong WiFi signal also a real bonus.

We’ve just enjoyed 5 fabulous days at The Bothy, where Julie and Graham were consummate hosts. Thoughtful little touches, like providing a welcome pack and breakfast ingredients were very much appreciated. We really enjoyed the homemade cake and jams! The Bothy is light, clean and airy, and was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a few days away. The bed was extremely comfortable as were the sofas in the living room. (Throws were also provided so you can snuggle up with your dog!) Loved that guest access was provided for using streaming services on the TV. This is such a lovely place to stay: well placed for visits to The Broads, Norwich and the beautiful Norfolk coast, with many local country pubs if you fancy eating out. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Bothy for a trip to Norfolk, and we will definitely return. Thank you so much, Julie and Graham!

Sara’s property was a lovely cottage-feel home away from home. I visited over Christmas when seeing friends and family locally and it was a perfect place to stay as was only a couple of minutes drive from them. Location was peaceful and quiet, but still set in and around multiple other homes which was comforting. The property was very clean, comfy bed, and well lit at night. Sara also left some lovely homemade mince-pies in the kitchen! 10/10 would definitely book for Christmas again 🎄

This was a great base for our weekend in Norwich, just a short walk from the city centre. The flat is like a home-from-home, bright and warm and with everything we needed for our stay. The bed is really comfortable and the bedroom cosy and surprisingly quiet despite the busy road at the front. All good and we would stay again.

My parents came to visit us and our new baby, Christine was really great in helping get them settled in and making them to feel welcome.

We like to book an end of January break to give us something to look forward to during the dull and grey period after Xmas. I had a hunch that Kings Lynn might be worth visiting after some research and despite comments from others (who haven't even stayed there!). How right I was ! Alison's place is in an ideal location in the old part of town. We ilke museums and Kings Lynn has these. We like looking at old buildings and Kings Lynn has these. We like eating out and the places receommended were excellent. The town centre shops were nearby and surprisingly busy - there is even an M and S. The Majestic cinema is a jewel of a place with very comfortable seats. In short, Alison's place and the town of Kings Lynn had everything we needed for a great short break.

Great accommodation that was perfect for what we needed. The beach was a short walk away and the town was only a few minutes drive. Paul and Debs were excellent hosts. They were extremely responsive to any questions we had and gave plenty of recommendations for things to do during our stay. The accommodation was clean. The roads outside were quiet at night. The kitchen was as advertised and they included some food and refreshments which was lovely. A brilliant location with friendly hosts made for an excellent weekend.

Beautiful accommodation , comfy bed and wonderful shower. Lesley very kindly made us a lovely breakfast both mornings of our stay. Very central but also very quiet. Would definitely recommend for a short stay.

John and Julie are superb hosts who made our trip a real delight. They were welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. Our room and the BnB in general was spotless and tastefully decorated and we had everything we needed. It was also ideally situated, being a stones throw from Blakeney Quay and a short drive to neighbouring beaches and towns. John and Julie had great attention to detail, even providing us with wine glasses in our room for evening drinks! The breakfasts every morning were outstanding with high quality ingredients and a real delicious range of options to choose from. Thanks so much John and Julie for our wonderful stay. Hopefully see you again in the future!

Lovely and unique property. Good location for exploring this part of Norfolk. Great host and good value.

Yosita was welcoming and friendly. The house is a beautiful listed building and our room was at the top of the house and was nice and quirky, just what we like. Breakfast was excellent and we would definitely stay there again.

Bridget was great at communicating, clear instructions, great directions and was present at check in and explained where everything was. Location was great for walking into the centre of Norwich. Bridget gave helpful advice about getting about. Breakfast was supplied and available each morning of our stay. Bridget was very personable and interested in us and our visit. Would definitely recommend staying here, and should we return to Norwich we will check for availability here.

From booking to checking out Nigel has been extremely helpful. Though we only stayed the night we’d strongly recommend staying here, we certainly will be looking to stay again. The highlights for us were the cosy room and the breakfasts. Thank you Nigel
