Great house in a great location. Short walk to bakeries, restaurants and shops and a lovely stroll to the beach and pier. The house was spacious, comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed as a family of 5 with a dog. We hope to come back soon!

Just wow! The cosiest, most beautiful cottage, close by to shops and beach we didn’t need to use the car. Went on the Norfolk light express which was magical, then back to put the fire on, feeling very festive. Thankyou Fiona we will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage, it was so homely and great walking distance for some windy beach walks!

Wonderful place this was a pleasure to have stayed here. The Chalet inside Ruth has made, instantly makes you feel welcomed. Very homely feel - so cozy and all the space you need and more. My dog a Japanese Akita large breed was very comfortable. Big surprise was that he settled in so good and quick. In the past we struggled in a hotel rooms always and would never get settled in. Anxiety through the roof! I mean to say, if you have a dog with you, all will be well here. Warm welcome for them, dog beds in the living room and in bedrooms. Food bowls and snacks so on whatever you need it’s there. Ruth, thank you for everything. All the best to you all, and enjoy you will. Btw the beach is so close by walk up from behind the chalet couple min there’s an entrance straight to the sandy beach!

We loved Alex’s beach hut. It was easy to get to and had everything we needed for a day on the beach.

Stayed here last year. Lovely location, clean and warm property. Very good value for what you get. Would definitely stay again and recommend

This hut was lovely, we felt right at home. It was 2 of us and our dog, it was the perfect size. The place was well decorated and cosy. Even though the toilet is outside, it's right behind the hut, literally a few feet away. We went during the colder months but the rooms heat up very quickly with the portable heaters. Would absolutely recommend.

Lovely stay in a great place. The 3rd floor living room / kitchen diner space is great and very spacious. Good location about 3 mins walk from beach, about 12 mins into the town centre and easy drive to supermarket.

This was our second stay at the chalet and we had a great time. The chalet is extremely spacious so is great for a family get together. The facilities are great - with a projector, PS5 and Wii. Kitchen also had everything we needed to cater a full Christmas roast dinner. Host are very responsive and answer all questions quickly. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent accommodation which was clean and nicely decorated. So useful to have an air fryer and dishwasher. Nice touch to have milk, bread and biscuits. Short walk to the beach. On site cafe served a fantastic breakfast. Looking forward to returning at Easter.

Debbie was a great host. We stayed over the holiday period and Debbie was proactive with any enquiries, and gave great details of all that was needed for checking in. The accommodation was in pristine condition, exactly like the photos and was very welcoming in a beautiful area. Highly recommend staying here.

Perfect little weekend getaway. Cosy caravan in a fantastic location. The little touches of a welcome card & treats for the doggies were really lovely. Hannah was super responsive to any queries. Great host, would highly recommend 😊

Our stay at Amanda's place was brilliant! The chalet was very clean, especially with the bathroom and kitchen being spotless. The hosts Amanda and David kept us informed and we got all the required information in plenty of time. All the amenities worked and we were able to settle in very quickly. On arrival there was some tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink so that was a lovely touch. The only down side I would say is we found it a little chilly (even with the heaters on) but that is to do more with the season than anything that the hosts could do. I would definitely recommend for families as everything was there for all of our children (even our 3 month old) and the included amenities on the site are excellent.

We were looking forward to a 2 night break to refuel after Christmas and Anne's place certainly helped us do that. Beautiful caravan with an easy walk to the beach. We didn't use the facilities onside as they were closed for the winter months so can't comment of those. So glad the caravan was toasty warm, clean and luxurious. Thanks Anne

A lovely location walking distance to Great Yarmouth. The house was clean and very spacious for a big family. I highly recommend.

We just absolutely loved our stay and want to make it our go to place for an annual visit. Chalet was spotless and well equipped and everything we needed was close by. Plenty of information sent by Lisa making check in etc really easy and responses to any questions we had were prompt. Robin's Nook is a great chalet to stay in. We would highly recommend.

We spent 3 nights here. Accommodation was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked every evening and they had everything we needed. WiFi was a bit hit and miss but this didn't bother us as we were on holiday and enjoying a break from technology. Our daughter loved the children's room with bunkbeds, books and toys. The decor is fun and friendly. It was a great location for us, we had some brilliant days out and can highly recommend, Bewilderwood, Thrigby Hall, Horsey Gap and and a beach walk to Sea Palling. It was lovely to be so close to the beach and we loved watching the sunset whilst sat on the beach. We would highly recommend and would definitely think about coming back to stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend in Overstrand, two families with 4 children between us comfortably fitted into the very comfortable and well equipped cottage. It's in a peaceful location by the sea - we are very likely to be back! Huge thanks - the Tunnocks teacakes and wine awaiting us were also very much appreciated!

This was our second time staying at Jane‘s place freeholder’s in Wells next to Sea. The property is top end and has absolutely everything you need for a lovely stay and the views are absolutely mesmerising . Plenty of hot water, great heating system and a lovely Aga to cook on. Wells is a lovely place with plenty of lovely restaurants and some amazing walks and cycle rides if you’re coming to Well’s and I highly recommend staying at this property you will not be disappointed..

Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Easy and quick access to the beach. Lots of great food and drink options locally , most of which are dog friendly.

The chalet was really easy to find and comes with parking directly opposite the path. There is a gate that goes all the way around the chalet and locks, which meant that our dogs could be outside safely without escaping! Inside, the chalet was immaculate. It was so clean and tidy, and really beautifully decorated. The facilities are brilliant and they have everything you could possibly need. The shower was big enough to get more than one of us in which helped with having the small (and sandy) children! The bedrooms have plenty of storage space and the beds were nice and comfy. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook almost any meal! There's also a little information stand with lots of leaflets and tour guide books in as well to help you plan your stay. Kev and Karen were brilliant with communication both prior to and during our stay. We couldn't recommend the chalet enough and the hosts are so lovely. Book your stay, you won't be disappointed! We will be back :)

We had a wonderful stay at Joanne’s cottage. It was cosy, comfortable and had everything we needed including some good board games! The location of the cottage is fantastic- so close to the beach with access to coastal cliff walks as well as being very close to the lovely cafe, pub and convenience store. Joanne was quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations and instructions etc. We’d really like to come back!

Very responsive and friendly hosts. A lot of thought and care has gone to the decor and the location was perfect. I would be interested in staying there again!

Our 1st Christmas away and it was magical. We love North Norfolk and are happiest close to the sea, but we had never been to Bacton before or stayed in a chalet. Wow!! Beachside was immaculate. It far exceeded our expectations. A lot of love, care & attention to detail was evident. Liz had decorated the chalet beautifully for Christmas and left us a very generous welcome gift and a note with her contact details. The location was amazing, positioned close to the beach (you can see and hear the sea). Both the chalet and the beach were relatively easy to access, which is great for people like myself who have mobility issues. The chalet park was quiet and very clean and in a beautiful spot. The area was great for walks with our little sausage dog. Communication with Liz was very easy and she was extremely helpful. We were totally amazed and blown away by everything. We've already re-booked for the summer!
