I really appreciated how responsive they were. As soon as I had a question they responded. That was a nice change. The house was spotless and there was lots to do in the area. Will stay here again for sure.

We had a great stay at this house. Easy to check in with early check in option. Clean house lots of space. We had a minor ant issue that was taken care of very fast, and they were proactive about it. Lots of amenities and very responsive to questions or concerns. Thank you so opening your home to us.

Perfect house for our family! Lots to do for the kids with the provided toys and games! The safety fence in front of the pool really gave us great peace of mind! Didn't want to leave!

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. Kimberly went above and beyond to accommodate us, from early check in, to leaving supplies for us. Very responsive host, I felt like I was talking to a family member. I will come back for sure. We had the perfect stay!

Hans thank you so much for a lovely first visit to Naples! We loved your property. We enjoyed the heated pool daily and were blessed with 79 deg weather. The rooms were spacious and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. The master suite had two sinks and a separate tub and shower. The kitchen was awesome and perfectly appointed for cooks like us. Lots of glasses, wine glasses, plates, knives and pans for cooking. The Publix was close and easy to get to. We loved Lowdermilk Beach the best - go before 9 to be assured a parking spot but they have bathrooms and outdoor showers and nice sand. Hans left beach chairs we could use so that was really helpful. We also went to the Botanical Gardens andn LOVED it. Go early, open at 9 to get in on the tour you want - they fill up but so organized and you are given earpieces so everyone can hear the guide. Brunina's Italian eatery is great for fair priced Italian food. Early bird special is $40.99 for a choice of 6 entrees AND wine

We and our furry friend loved this place! So much space for her, the home was cozy and cute! We really love the privacy of it. Would stay here again.

We had a great family vacation at this Airbnb. Great location to shops, food, beach and many other gems. Was a lot of construction and stuff going on in the neighborhood so kind of hard to walk with baby but still close to other paths. The house was a great size, clean, and we love the beach, chairs and supplies available. Even if something was wrong, communication was answered very quickly and problems were resolved. Thank you for the stay! :)

Very welcoming neighborhood. Amazing neighbors. Amazing host. Beautiful house. Lots of toys and things for kids to play with in the pool and at the beach. Close to lots of food places. Would definitely recommend.

What can I say about this place?! It was even BETTER than the pictures. Valerie was an accommodating host, going above and beyond for my family when a travel mishap occurred. I am so grateful for her flexibility and quick responsiveness. The place was immaculate upon arrival and had all the bells and whistles. I highly recommend her place for a stay and will definitely be booking with her again when we come back. She made the stay smooth and enjoyable despite some travel delays!

Mr Andrew place has everything for a comfortable stay near the beach. Bonita Spring is a beautiful area to rest and enjoy the west coast of Florida. My husband and I, took the opportunity to ride to the beach which is 10 minutes away and to the south to Delnor Wiggins State Park beach little further but worthy. Bonita is really beautiful place to rest and enjoy. Do not miss the sunsets !!. Mr Andrew is an excellent host.

My friend and I stayed here for a 6 night stay and loved every minute of it. Our place was exactly as pictured. The view of the canal is so peaceful and beautiful. Only a 1-2 minute walk to the beach access. The beach is beautiful, well maintained and not crowded. Pamela was wonderful in promptly answering questions and giving helpful hints we before we arrived. After we arrived, when we couldn't get the gas fire pit started, she texted back immediately. The next morning she and her husband came out to "fix" it; turned out to be user error. You have to press both buttons at the same time (the ignition button and the gas button) once you turn the gas on. I was only pushing the ignition button. I highly recommend Pamela and this vacation rental. I'm hoping to come back again next year!

My friend and I really loved Jana’s place. It is super cute, super calm and private, very nice and super safe neighborhood. We loved the decor, and cute touches. The recommendations that Jana provided were very good and we enjoyed lover’s key and the sunset at Vanderbilt. Jana provided umbrella and chairs as well. And the sand dollars souvenirs were so pretty! We loved sitting outside to drink tea and see and hear nature and the birds . Kitchen was like new and clean and had some extras like a key lime ice yogurt in the freezer that was sooo good! I left my ice cream unopened there for the next person to enjoy. Thank you !!

Cinci and Ed's place was wonderful! The minute you walk in, you feel right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to make a home cooked meal, plenty of room for our party of 6. The location was great, very close to the beach. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Daniel is a great and responsive host. His Starfish suite was exactly as advertised & super-clean. Comfortable bed & furnishings. He also provided great outdoor free amenities - relaxing Adirondack chairs & bikes with locks. That really helped us to get around a classic American beach town which needs our support as homeowners & restaurants & retailers are finally dug out of one of the worst national disasters in our history. We wish Dan & his neighbors all the best as the rebuild continues.

The experience with Ken started great with communications and answers to questions. When we arrived it got better, Greenlinks is a wonderful resort community and Ken’s unit is in a great location with easy access to the resort amenities. Never having been to Naples we were pleased with the easy access to downtown, and to Marco Island, we also headed up to Fort Meyers for a spring training game, 45 minutes door to door. Ken had a good list of restaurant recommendations, and readily gave a few more based on asks from my wife and I. We were 6 for 6 on those that we tried, all of them small local spots. The home was equipped as described, really had everything you would need. We cooked in a couple of nights, and that was no problem. It was a short walk to the pool, plenty of lounge chairs to soak up Florida sun, especially after leaving home at 19 degrees, lovely pool and club house with a small fitness center, great place for morning and evening walks Ken is a great host, see u 2026

WHY? Oh, WHY..would you spend the same dollars for a hotel ROOM, miles from the beach when you can have a THREE bedroom, TWO bath, fully equipped kitchen, LARGE space.. biking distance [for a fit person!] from the beach in a quiet environment with a small and mostly private pool!!?? A super plus for some people who are light sensitive sleepers is the bonus of hurricane shutters that can be closed for complete darkness. Beats "black-out" light seeping drapes every time! When we stayed the primary bedroom mattress was not great for us but by the time you stay may be replaced...or..not a concern for YOU as those items tend to be personal preference. Quiet, small community in a great location for access to beach, restaurants, and shopping. A "no brainer".

Justin and his wife seem to truly care about the people they rent to and that they really enjoy their stay. There was a little cleaning mixup when we first arrived, but Justin took care of it immediately after being contacted by us. He always replied quickly with any questions we had and supplied a binder with great info on the condo and area. The condo was very well kept and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed from kitchen supplies to recreation and things for the beach. The location was great and was a very short walk to the pool, tennis courts, gym, and restaurant. The resort was also lovely. Overall, a very nice stay and great hosts!

Very quiet and clean, and the GreenLinks community was well maintained. The pool and clubhouse were excellent, and the fitness center was good but small. The owner was exceptionally pleasant and responsive. Aside from a few easily addressed maintenance issues, the condo was in very good condition. A smart TV in the living room and a dresser in the master bedroom would be excellent additions. The Lely Resort area is well-positioned between Marco Island and downtown Naples, but a car is necessary for doing most activities.

Kim is a communicative and welcoming host. We arrived on a very early flight and Kim was very accommodating. The house is located mid island so we rented bicycles for an easy commute to local restaurants and activities. We had a great time & would highly recommend this place for a group/family trip. Very spacious with separate living areas if needed. Great find!

Lauren has done up the place very well and having beach towels and beach chairs really helped us. The place is clean and the view from the balcony overlooking the water body is gorgeous. Having a pull out sofa in the living area is an added bonus. The best part is that good eateries and a grocery store are walking distance from the apartment. Lauren is extremely responsive and helped us whenever we needed it. We would certainly like to stay here again if we visit Naples.

We love the area the condo is great kitchen needs a little updated pool area needs updated but we would stay there again.

Wished the pools would have been open , but Rose provided full disclosure. Loved the beachy atmosphere and decorating and being able to walk across the street to the beach! She was so friendly and greeted us and was very attentive to our every need. Lots of natural light , fully equipped kitchen and the closets and storage were great! Appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella since we flew. We would surely like to come back again! Thanks Rose and Philip for your welcoming hospitality!!
