we spent a lovely 2 weeks at Deborah's rental The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was modern and well supplied. The area is convenient to restaurants, beaches and shops. We walked through the neighborhood every day. Deborah was very responsive. I would recommend this rental.

We choose this condo to be close to my sister who is in the complex. The complex has beach access, great shelling and a nice pool. Serge, the host, sent us a message to ensure we checked in and let us know that we could him, if there were any issues. The condo is just like the pictures. Great patio to watch sunsets! Several of the restaurants have returned to FMB but some are in different locations. We enjoyed eating at Doc Ford and Fresh Catch again. We of course had to go to Docs in Bonita for their pizza.

We really enjoy the guest house. Close to Vanderbilt beach and the public park beach access. Our host was very kind and responded to every question. She made us aware of a few things that are scheduled for repair. None of which affected our stay. She was very clear and honest about the listing. We plan to visit again.

Perfect… also for a longer stay, very well equipped and clean kitchen!! very convenient…. Our little doggies were also happy campers… I can only recommend it… just the bbq unit was little weak and should be replaced…..we will definitely come back!! Thank you for being a caring host!!

Our family had a fantastic stay at the strawberry daiquiri. Everyone felt right at home, we were a quick 5 min walk to the beach and there were so many items provided that made our beach experiences perfect! If we were to have a beach house of our own, this is the style and the location for the beach house we would want. In the evenings, hanging out in the house was perfect as the climate control was easy for us to use making everyone comfortable, including our toddler while he slept. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay in Fort Myers Beach. I know our family will certainly be back and we are already looking forward to it. If we were to chose anywhere else to stay, it would be at another property by Sara and Goltz Enterprise.

This AirBnB was centrally located for doing things in the Naples area, and the condo itself was honestly the cleanest AirBnB I’ve ever stayed in! It was also very homey and all around a wonderful place to stay. Katie was a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with and flexible with accommodations. A great experience all around!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was super close to the beach and the apartment was clean and well kept. The kitchen had a great assortment of pans and utensils so cooking was easy.

A great space Located in a peaceful street. Lots of parking space - we had one jeep and two Harleys. Plenty of room for four adults. Great bathrooms, good kitchen area and comfy beds. We walked round to Skillets for breakfast - 9 minute walk. Perfect. Great place to stay to explore the beaches and local area.

Caitlin and Brandon are really nice people. They made checkin super easy, answered my questions, and were immediately available. The rental is immaculate. They have made it very comfortable and a nice place to stay.

Sylvia’s house was on a quiet street. The best part for me was the deck on the back overlooking a canal and the mangroves on the other side- full of wildlife- jumping fish, an osprey, large lizards sunning themselves, lots of birds of all kinds including the daily troop of white Ibis inspecting the grass. Very private feeling and quiet. Ft Myers beach is undergoing lots of post— Ian construction but it didn’t impact us directly. Beautifully furnished with a comfy arm chair, handsome sleigh bed, and two capacious dressers. There is a table and chairs and a lounger on the deck. Great food truck a block down the main drag - Mom’s. Great for homemade breakfast egg and sausage biscuits

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed everything about the house. Dan was very responsive when we had any questions. It was fully equipped with everything that we needed, even for the beach. It was very cozy and we enjoyed the door between the units as it made it easy for us to go back and forth with the other couple staying with us. Everything was clean and it was such a close walk to the beach. The only issue we had was the mosquitos when sitting outside by the pool and bar. None of which is their problem, it’s Florida and nature. But def recommend bringing bug spray and maybe some citronella candles. Overall, everything was great and we truly had a great time!

Amazing place with amazing host

Location, location, location! This is basically beachfront property! Hopefully nobody will build on the land across the street for a long time! The price was a steal, I felt, for the location and accommodations. Only couple of negatives…we had to go out and buy beach chairs/umbrella. Tried to rent from online store, but it said sold out. Also, pool was a bit chilly for our liking, but might be fine for the next person. All in all, awesome week on Ft. Myers Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Naples! The condo was lovely and quiet. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants and shops on Fifth Avenue South and also to the beautiful Naples beach. Thank you Hannah!

osnel was a great host. I had to contact about two questions and he responded within minutes. he was very helpful and attentive. The place was perfect for two people.

We had a great stay. Casey was quick to respond to any inquiries. The location, ease of use, amenities provided in the condo, cleanliness, quality towels, and bed/linens all made for a wonderful stay. Sipping coffee on the porch overlooking the pond, listening to the fountains, etc. made for a wonderful start to the day. The pool is very nice and the people very friendly. There are plenty of amenities to provide lots of fun-bocce ball, shuffleboard, corn hole, pool, tennis, pickleball,golf, etc. This is a great place to stay! We will definitely return.

If you are looking for beautiful surroundings in a peaceful setting, this is the place for you. The accommodations seemed larger than the photos. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a very nice shower. And of course the pool and the beautiful garden setting right outside the door was a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Everyone says it about this place, but it's true-the location could not be better. A block from the beach and two blocks from shopping, restaurants and coffee! The condo has everything you need and was clean. Richard was fabulous with all communication. Nice touch having the chairs and wagon to take to the beach. I think there was also a cooler and maybe an umbrella that we didn't use. I would definitely go back! The oooooonly thing I might say is it would have been nice to have a couple bottles of water upon arrival. The Naples water is not the best. I'm inventing complaints. It's a super great spot! Had a wonderful stay at this fabulous place! This was my first experience with an AirB&B and it was great. I’m really picky about cleanliness, and I didn’t find one thing I had to “re-clean” myself! Location was awesome - we walked to Sam Snead’s restaurant in 2 minutes. This unit has everything you could possibly need - every kind of utensil, pan, glassware, etc. Every outdoor thing you might need - umbrella, fishing rod, pool tools, you name it. It was quiet, it was safe and I’m already rebooking for next year! Terrific place- would totally recommend!

We just returned from a family trip to Naples and we had a wonderful time staying at Pedro’s. The unit was clean and beautifully designed so it had a very high-end look and feel. The beds were very comfortable, the coffee bar and kitchen were great, and my wife and I were able to comfortably work at the kitchen table when we needed to. We enjoyed hanging out on the 2nd floor balcony as well. Would stay here again!

We had a great stay, quite place, playground was close so it was very convenient with kids. Very nice neighborhood

Luca was a very accommodating and responsive host. The condo was equipped with beach supplies and racquets for the tennis/pickelball courts. We would stay there again!!!
