Condo vacation rentals in North Myrtle Beach

We were all pleased with the unit , it is just what the Dr(Jesus) ordered. Rest relaxation, ease of access to areas of necessity Walmart, Malls, Beach in a nice clean beautiful comfy home away from home. Although I did leave finding one thing wrong. I left wishing we ALL only could have afforded to stay longer. THANK YOU DEANNA, THANK YOU THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

Spent just under a week in this ideally located condo and had the added bonus of experiencing snow in MB. The place is well outfitted with all new appliances in the kitchen. Great view of the golf course from the screened in porch too.

This was the perfect place for our short stay. It was very clean and had everything you needed. The space was perfect to come back and relax and the pool was great for those humid nights.

My husband and kids stayed at Clint's place. The place was very clean and we were very surprised to find snacka/food as they got in late. The beds were extremely comfy. The entire unit was very comfy. The kids enjoyed the pool the most. Clint was very responsive. Everything was perfect. Thank you Clint.

Our stay was wonderful! Connie was a great host, very flexible, and great communication! The place was just as described and close to a lot of activities! Right across from the water and within walking distance of bars/restaurants! We will definitely be staying here again!

Tiffany’s place was wonderful! She was super helpful in providing an early check in time as well as easy instructions to get in and out of the condo. The condo was also very peaceful, cleaned well and was exactly as described! I would definitely recommend staying here and if I’m ever visiting Myrtle beach again I would stay here!

This was our second visit to this property and once again, it exceeded our expectations. This location is perfect for trips to Calabash, Sunset Beach, Myrtle Beach, Cherry Grove, and of course Little River. The hosts are extremely responsive and friendly. The area near the condo promotes a relaxed atmosphere and having use of the pool on property is an added bonus. The condo is exceptionally clean with a modern coastal vibe. If you are planning a trip to this area this condo is the perfect getaway for you!

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. We found the location to meet all of our needs. Distance walked to the beach was doable and convenient. Happy to have access to chairs and umbrella. We were also happy to have access to a pool. Food for thought: Some minor upgrades would really make a difference in the location such as updated laundry, while it got the job done, the dryer is reaching the end of its life. Also having a spray hose in the shower would be helpful for folks with small children. I’d also consider investing in a larger dehumidifier as the one on site was filling quickly and did not seem to be fully meeting the need. I would suggest if you’re a guest with a family, consider bringing extra towels and TP as we needed more than provided. Also I would bring a wagon in the future to help with the walk to the beach Thank you to the hosts for a wonderful stay. This was a trip our family will remember forever. We would book again!

Laura was an amazing host. She was very responsive and kind ! I have stayed at many beach condos along the east coast, but this was far the cleanest and best kept unit I have every stayed in. I will definitely return in the future !

Check in was very easy! The host was super responsive! This unit was very clean has 2 queen beds & a pull out sofa! The sunrise view from the balcony is a great way to start off the morning with a coffee. They also had a variety of board games that we did not have time to use. But for those with kids, this a nice perk to have to keep them busy. I will definitely be back!

Needed a getaway to reset. This was the perfect place! Definitely met my needs in more ways than one. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

The condo is beautiful and our favorite out of all the condos we have stayed at the resort! I asked if we were able to check in a bit early because we would be arriving early with our kids and that wasn't a problem! We appreciated that so much so we didn't have to wait around with our 3 children. I had to reach out to the host one time and she was very quick with her response and also apologetic even though that wasn't necessary! :-) The beach chairs and toys were an awesome plus for our kiddos. Overall, it was a great place for our much needed family vacation. We will be back! Thanks so much Penny & Tim. <3

We had a wonderful experience staying at Steve and Jen's home. We were captivated by the stunning ocean views visible from every room. This truly is an oceanfront property, allowing you to drift off to sleep listening to the soothing sound of the waves crashing nearby. We will definitely be booking again! The only drawback was that I didn't reserve a second night. So, take my advice—be sure to book, because this place is amazing!

The condo was wonderful for 4 adults and our 4 year old. The beds, furniture, extra blankets, kitchen, and the view of the sunrise was perfect! When we checked in Debra was very responsive and let us into the condo a little earlier since it was cleaned and ready. We noticed there wasn’t a regular size coffee pot in the condo, I know it’s a preference and not required, but all that was there was a keurig with some pods which was perfectly fine (we are HUGE coffee drinkers). I messaged Debra and kindly asked if this was the only coffee pot available, she replied yes and said but I will definitely have another delivered to you room within the next 2 hours if that was ok! OF COURSE!! And not only was it an AMAZING COFFEE POT it was the dual coffee pot/keurig combo!! She went above and beyond to make our week AMAZING! We had a great time and definitely kept the website to book another trip and check out other condos available that she has to bring more people back with us in the future!

The place itself was GREAT! Extremely clean and well taken care of! Definitely not worn out at all. Stocked with everything you could need including kitchen utensils and a very comfortable bed! I had a few questions after check in and they answered promptly and in a friendly manner. Kelly( who i corresponded with) was great! Never stayed in Little River, SC before. but we weren't more than 20-30 min away from anything and only 10 mins from the beach itself. Would recommend and hope to use again myself in the future!

beautiful place. relaxing. no crazy noise. wish gym had better hours but host has no control over that. so walking around beach was exercise! toaster sets off fire alarm too so definitely put stove fan on for anything cooking! overall fantastic place and would visit again! thanks for sharing your place with us and thoughtful anniversary gift 💜

The host was very responsive and the room was exactly as listed. Great location to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Fantastic view and a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The unit did smell a bit like a smoker used to live there, but was not overwhelming and manageable. Once the sliding door was open to the balcony it was aired out and amazing! Also the unit didn’t mention a jetted tub, that I remember at least, in the master so added bonus! All-in-all amazing location with stunning views. Perfect family get away.

We started this process with 5 adults coming in for a wedding. Of course over time, we added a few. We ended as a party of 8. It was an awesome location, 15-20 min from everywhere we wanted or needed to be. It did get a bit tight with 8 but with 3 bathrooms, we could not complain. The place was super clean. The decor was everything one would expect for a beach themed get away. We 100% would come back again! The view was amazing with easy and quick beach access. Can’t ask for much more! It was a great weekend.

what a beautiful place for a romantic weekend. Loved watching the sun rise and set from the porch. Walking the beach was relaxing and peaceful.

The host is very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The place is clean and well maintained. There is everything you might need on daily basis. Very easy way in and out, parking and, very important for us, close proximity of the ocean and nice beaches. Spent a really good and enjoyable week. I will definitely recommend this place for families with 1-2 kids.

Joni’s place was perfect. The location was fantastic in an area that was not as busy. We enjoying meals on the deck and loved the views. Joni was very responsive and helpful. We definitely hope to stay again.
