Vacation rentals with a home theater in North Miami Beach

Very pretty condo, great location, nice updated spaces. Nice pools. The app check-in did not work properly however, having someone at the desk was very helpful as they had an extra key to let me in. Suzanne was very proactive and a great communicator. The only drawback for me was I think the mattress needs to be replaced. Not the highest comfort level, but otherwise a lovely stay.

Zeids place was amazing, so high you can see all of miami and watching the boats on the river is such a pleasure. Thank you Zeid for the best experience we have had in a long time.

Beautiful, clean apartment with plenty of space to relax. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and restaurant downstairs. I’d highly recommend this apartment and would stay again!

Thanks for the stay, the property was a great place to sleep while in town for a weekend event. Quick walk across to the street to the beach and restaurant. Would have loved to pay a bit extra to check out later, due to a late night flight, but understood.

This unit is on the top of our list for a great place to stay for many reasons: perfect location for short walks to the beach, restaurants, 2 pools onsite (one with a bar and food). The unit is well designed with 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, separated for privacy with the kitchen and small office area at the entrance, then a small dining area then the living room area then onto the porch with an amazing view! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare breakfast each morning, we just needed to bring the groceries in. They even provided a great selection of Keurig pods for coffee! The bathrooms were stocked with lovely shampoos and soaps, and were squeaky clean, as was the entire unit. Next time that we are in the Ft. Lauderdale area, we will be booking this unit!

Easy check in, clean, great host

If you need to park bikes or something privately the sliding fence on the side of the house was perfect. We needed to park 6 bikes and still had more room. If you’re here for doing activities with a group it’s a great place. Anywhere we needed to go from Hollywood to Miami was maximum of 40 min away. Great in between. Not to mention how clean it was and a lot of activities within the Airbnb that makes us want to stay again.

Dwayne was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a good vacation. He welcomed us on my birthday with a full meal. The food was great btw. He responded quickly to any requests and checked in throughout our stay to make sure we were good. He is also accomdating when it comes to all Miami has to offer. Not only hosting the home, but providing ammenities outside the home for our enjoyment. I will DEFINITELY book again when visiting. Thank you Dwayne!

Great backyard for a family vacation! Very clean place and had all the items we needed. Communication was always quick response from the host! I would recommend this house.

We had a great stay at this house! We came from the airport early before check in and Parth allowed us to leave our bags so that we did not have to carry them around all day. When we checked in the house was super clean, beautifully decorated and well thought out. The pool and backyard space was great for hanging out. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and a cooler for the beach. Parth even sent over a gift when we told him the reason for our stay. So, so kind and thoughtful! We had an issue with the tv and he immediately responded and worked to fix it. I would highly recommend this house and hope to book with Parth again!

The location was great. A stones throw from Hollywood beach, nestled away in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is landscaped really nicely. It’s like a mini oasis. In terms of comms, the team was always responsive. They went above and beyond when we experienced delays with getting to the property.

Wonderful place. Lots to do. Golf cart is truly amazing and useful. Pool is beautiful with hot tub! Surrounding the pool is great games area! Inside is clean and spacious. Great TV’s in every room. Kitchen spacious and comfortable. But the best of all is the host, … Chris is on another level. Kind, considerate, patient and helpful. Very quick responses! He truly made us feel that he was invested in us enjoying our visit! We will definitely return!

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

Very nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood with a nice large backpatio area to chill and hangout and a large kitchen area . Would definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment was well equipped, very spacious, extremely clean and equipped with everything necessary. We liked it very much, and we felt completely comfortable. For our beach vacation, everything was available, including umbrellas and beach chairs. The pool and beach are just a few meters away which was perfect. I highly recommend the apartment. Annie is a great host; she was always quick to respond to all our questions and was extremely helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Nikki’s place! The condo boasts stunning views, a well-equipped kitchen, and all the essentials for a comfortable visit. It’s baby-friendly, which was perfect for our 10-month-old, and just a short walk to the beach with access to beach chairs. The location is ideal, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Having access to two pools was a wonderful bonus, making our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The penthouse condo was fabulous. Perfect & safe location, close to the beach & everything. We loved the pools, too. The kitchen was excellent & had everything we needed. The house manual was very helpful & detailed. George was a great communicator & very responsive. We can’t wait to come back!
