North Miami Beach beach vacation rentals

Our vacation started out in a disastrous manner. A plane crashed at Toronto Pearson airport and all flights were cancelled. Lou and Val were very understanding and made this experience a good vacation. We couldn’t get down for 2 days and Lou reimbursed us one nights stay. Very much appreciated. Once there Valeria was amazing. Everything was set up quickly and we got to experience a very nice vacation. His place is right on the beach and the pool was heated to like 90 degrees. The kitchen had everything you need and a publix is within walking distance. Val recommended a restaurant right across from condo which was fantastic. I highly recommend this host and place if you want a great beach vacation.

The perfect getaway spot with a great host. Charles was very responsive and worked with us for all our accomodations. House was spacious and nice, pool and hot tub were great, pin-pong table, pool table, games and outdoor tv were huge plusses! Highly recommend.

Great family week in nicely remodeled, spacious home! Golf cart was worth the rental for grocery, coffee runs, and the beach! Appreciated plenty of dishes and paper products.

Absolutely loved our stay for a family of 5 with young kids! House was perfect size, and they had everything we could think of. Kitchen appliances, children needs, etc. Location was central and close to everything. Short drive from the beach and boardwalk. Perfect vacation!

We booked this place for three days before our cruise and it did the trick for our group of eight… We requested the pool be heated and it was toasty warm although our weather was rather cool and we didn’t get the use out of it… It was a good fit for a group of eight for our Fort Lauderdale days

Super nice apartment with a large kitchen, super cozy chill spot! Squeaky clean and neat. The beach is a 2 minute walk out of the building with plenty of places to go and things to do around the area. The host’s did an amazing job and are very communicative. I wish I would’ve booked more days! Definitely going to be renting again in the future. Thank you for letting us stay at your Airbnb

Samio’s place is very nice! Beds were very comfortable and the backyard is very well done. Good location. Would recommend.

Spencer’s beautiful home was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. It was clean, modern, and had so many great amenities! The beds were incredibly comfortable and I appreciated that each bedside table had USB outlet extenders so the whole family could easily charge phones, iPads and Apple Watches. The outdoor area is truly the star of this home and we enjoyed grilling outside while our kids swam in the pool. The tiki hut in the backyard was the perfect place to eat meals and we all were able to relax outside with plenty of space. Sitting on the dock at the end of the night with a glass of wine was the perfect way to end each night! The home is located a very short drive to Pompano Beach and close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Spencer was very responsive and quickly answered any questions that we had. If you are looking for the perfect place to relax and escape, this is it!

Great stay & there were some really nice small touches that made my stay a little better. Like the water bottles in the fridge and some small snacks and stuff on the counter. Questionable neighborhood, but I felt safe.

We ran into a lodging emergency while on vacation, and found this place. We were impressed with how quickly Davis responded to our messages, and accommodating our need for early check-in. The house is just as described, comfortable and kid friendly. The pool is a great size for kids. We also enjoyed the outdoor games. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We loved our stay and would definitely return on future visits.

A great place to stay and Arash’s description is exactly what you will see when you arrive. This was my second time staying at this property (it’s my go to place), first place I check for availability. The only not so good thing is availability, lol!!! I can’t say one thing bad about anything at this property. I can’t say I am so grateful to have found it and look forward to staying again!!!!

Lidia's home was great. My husband and I hosted our 3 (adult) boys, one daughter in law and our 10 month old grandson. The house was great for all the people. Pool was clean and warm. Outside was very comfortable. We had beautiful weather so spent all our time outside. Bonus was the outdoor projector which we hooked to our computer and watched great music videos. Kitchen was well appointed. The only thing missing was a bottle opener. The area is not much to see but it was fine as we just wanted to be home and spend time together. There are grocery stores, a gas station and some fast food close by. Traffic was horrible everywhere you went but that had nothing to do with the house. Otherwise - all great and we would return! We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Dimi was a pleasure to work with! Very responsive, always friendly and helpful. We left an item behind that was very important to my daughter, and Dimi really went above and beyond to be sure it was identified and returned. We are very grateful! Location is close to casino and beach, as well as Publix and restaurants. The unit has a lovely kitchen, furniture is a bit worn but quite comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I would recommend this Airbnb, priced well and plenty of room for our crew of 6.

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.
