North Miami Beach beach vacation rentals

Great condo on a beautiful beach! We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is extremely comfortable and very well equipped. The building is right on the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels in the unit. Check-in and check out were really easy. Lou was super responsive and accommodating. We were able to check in early, which was most helpful after a redeye flight. We were greeted by Valeria, who showed us around and explained how everything worked, and was always easily reached when we had questions. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

This house was incredible! It's a truly unique gem located in the most perfect neighborhood, providing a private tropical retreat. Situated right on the beach in a quiet area, the house offers breathtaking views. Christian was a wonderful host. I will definitely be coming back again!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this home. The pool was fantastic, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only challenges we encountered were the lack of a railing for pool entry, which made it difficult for my parents, and the surrounding noise in the area. The house also seemed to be near a workshop or yard work area, and there were a lot of dogs barking. While it didn’t bother me, it was bothersome to some in our group. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing stay, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

Place was easy to check in to with a video instruction. The host was very responsive and even gave us a last minute later check out to help with our needs.

We had an amazing stay at Samio’s house! The house is just as the pictures show. It is a beautiful, peaceful home with plenty of room. There were even fresh flowers on the table when we arrived. Beautiful!! The patio area is the best part with the fire pit!! We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!! Thank you Samio!!

Very quiet place to be at. Not too far from Fort Lauderdale Beach. Lady answer all questions in a timely manner. Very clean upon arrival. I will definitely book her again.

We ran into a lodging emergency while on vacation, and found this place. We were impressed with how quickly Davis responded to our messages, and accommodating our need for early check-in. The house is just as described, comfortable and kid friendly. The pool is a great size for kids. We also enjoyed the outdoor games. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We loved our stay and would definitely return on future visits.

We had a great stay at Dania Beach. The flat was clean, bright and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. It was great to have an outdoor area, a place to sit in the morning b4 the heat stepped up. The beds were very comfortable, but pillows a bit over- stuffed. Ceiling fans very much appreciated. Lots of storage, fluffy towels ❤️, great TV. Very quiet , despite being only a minutes walk from main road.

For a group of 7 people- a reunion of retired nurses - Dimi's place made our party more enjoyable. Simple home - newly renovated, bright with a relaxing atmosphere . Basic supplies available. We cooked breakfast. 3 bedrooms + extra room was available with a couch or inflatable mattress if we wanted to use it. Plenty of linens. We would surely want to visit this place again. Thanks Dimi for making us feel at home.

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.
