Monthly Rentals in North Hero

The cottage and property was lovely, and in a very quiet setting. We went in the fall, but I could see in the summer it being ideal for using the lake. The staircase up to the bed was bit tricky for my toddler, so wanted to note that for other parents of small children as a consideration. Also to note - the location is ideal for enjoying Lake Champlain, but it's at least an hour drive to Burlington and 1.5 hours to Stowe / Waterbury

Ryan and Jo were incredibly accommodating for our stay. We traveled up from Florida, driving in so we got in pretty late and they made sure to set the thermostat to a comfortable temperature and left the door open. On top of that, after forgetting my hoodie they offered to run to UPS and ship it to me. Hats off to great hosts that went above and beyond

We found all what we needed : the kitchen full equipped, comfortable living room, comfortable beds, the lake, the fire place 😊 Easy check in and out. I loved this place and will come back again 😊❤️

Charles place was exactly as listed, a nice rustic home in a semi private location on the rural “lake Champlain islands” . If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle I would recommend staying here. Place was clean and well stocked with pretty much everything you need, only knock I have was the hard water issue but it was tolerable and Charles does provide all the water you will need.
