Vacation rentals with beach access in North Caicos

Katherine's place is great in every respect - cleansiness, location, value and extra amenities (like beach umbrella and chairs, etc). It is near all key areas on the island and is in a safe neighborhood. Katherine provided all needed info and communicates well throughout as needed - very helpful as it was our first time in TCI. Thank you for allowing to use your place.

Karen and Rod were fantastic as onsite hosts (they live downstairs, a completely separate space). Always available for questions, recommendations, etc but didn’t interfere with our “space”. It was great knowing they were there in case of any issues. Their pool deck is lovely and the villa was spacious with loads of beautiful views. Our party of six really enjoyed our stay!!

Great location and value for money considering that Turks and Caicos is a very expensive island. The stay was very comfortable - the condo was well-equipped and came with everything one would need for a short-term or even a longer-term stay. Beautifully landscaped and close to the beach, with a lovely large balcony. The only occasional issue - which is completely out of Chloe's control - is that you sometimes heard cars, bikes, other vehicles intentionally revving their engines at night as they drove on Grace Bay Road. Would happily stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had fantastic stay; ground floor condo is conveniently located next to the beautiful pool. 10 min stroll will bring you to the beautiful beach. Condo was spacious, bed very comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped. Fantastic coffee and tea selection. Thank you, Adam, for such an exceptional service and welcome gift!

Alexandra’s apartment was a wonderful place to stay for our time on Providencials! It was even better than described, and in an awesome location close to the marina, beaches, and great restaurants. It is a quiet, safe community, has a wonderful pool area. Easy to find from the airport and a short drive to the main grocery store and Grace Bay beach. The communication with Alexandria / Johnathan was very good! They are responsive and they care about their guests, making sure that we had all we needed and that we were comfortable and answered any questions we had. Very informative about the area and made awesome recommendations of things to do and places to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute little place. Private. Nice little pool. Great communication. We were staying downstairs in the blue house - Filip’s suite I believe it’s called. The people upstairs were loud during midnight ish. Other than that no complaints. Clean place. Felt right at home. Good size kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. Would stay again. Recommend getting a better car vacuum but it was nice that they had one- thank you.

I can’t wait to stay again! You can’t beat the location of the condo. It was also well decorated, comfortable, and very clean. The view of Grace Bay from the unit was amazing! It was an added bonus to have beach towels and a fully stocked kitchen in case you want to cook at home. If not, it’s close to restaurants. Loved this unit!

Everything we hoped for and more. This place had much more than anything you could want. A very short walk to a very uncrowded beach. Even came with two extremely friendly dogs. We stayed a week and wish we could have much longer.Hope to make it back soon.

Mallory and Colton were great hosts and very responsive. The Villa is well located near Sunset Beach and in the heart of Leeward. The kitchen was well appointed and had more than the basics for those that want to cook. The pool and grounds are perfect for 4 people with a grill, chairs, beach umbrella and half bath outside. I do suggest a car to allow you to explore the island. If you have not been to a villa in TCI and stayed near this more isolated beach this is a great place to do so.

We had a wonderful time staying at Casa de Isle! Five adults had plenty of room and never felt cramped. Dan and Debbie are great hosts; always ready to offer advice or suggestions when asked, but allow guests all the privacy and space needed! The home is clean, comfortable and well-stocked. Cooked several meals in the kitchen and on the grill- had all the essential tools! The pool deck is where we spent much time relaxing, having morning coffee, just enjoying the surroundings. We loved our stay and getting to know Dan and Debbie. Hope to cross paths again! Thank you for a memorable, special, family vacation!

Stayed here with my family for 5 days for some downtime and its perfect. A quick drive to anything you may need, the grocery store, dive shops, shopping or a few restaurants. The rooms are enormous, kitchen is well appointed, and everyone had more than enough room.

Jasmine was a wonderful host. She guided us to the property after Google led us astray. After initially booking the property, she reached out to answer any questions we might have which we had many since this was our first visit to the island. She had excellent recommendations about getting a rental car, snorkeling excursions and scuba diving. The property was immaculate and completely as described & photos. All kitchen appliances, flatware, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans available. Beds were perfect to sleep on and ample pillows. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living space. They had beach towels and beach chairs available for our use as well as a convenient buggy to tote them to the beach if you don’t have or don’t want to use your car. Ample parking spots available and close enough to walk to the Thursday night fish fry and the public beach access. All in all, an extremely positive experience and enjoyable vacation stay. Highly recommend!!

This was an incredible incredible place. We were in paradise from the moment we arrived. Check in was so smooth & coordinated based on our flight arrival time. We had ice, water, and flowers waiting for us in the house. Plus, Jen brought us some rum punch which was perfect after a day of travel. I can honestly say this was hands down the most beautiful & private place I’ve stayed. We were one of the units that’s “tucked” a bit back, and I wasn’t sure I would like that as much as the units that are more forward— but the privacy of the greenery was actually so perfect, and we still felt like we had the most amazing private beach to ourselves. The porch area was so relaxing… I can’t wait to go back. 15/10 recommend! Jen really went above & beyond for us, which made things even more special.

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy’s and would happily return. The location is in a middle-class area where islanders live, and we appreciated it for many reasons. We don’t go to other countries to associate mostly with tourists. There are roosters wandering around the neighborhood, which were a nice change from our usual aural environment. And we certainly did not spend what we would have at a fancy resort, so we had more money to spend on activities. We felt perfectly safe and comfortable in the apartment. More important was Sandy herself. She is an incredibly warm, responsive and helpful hostess. Three illustrative examples: 1. Sandy went out of her way to make our daughter's birthday special for her. 2. Whenever I asked her a question about places to buy groceries, eat out, or do activities, she promptly sent me a wealth of information. 3. When I informed her that the cutting board in the apartment was not in good shape, she showed up the next day with a new one.

The LightHouse was a lovely place to spend five days with my sister and her husband. Karen is an amazing host who provided all sorts of useful recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The location is far (well, TCI far--a 15 minute drive) from the resorts near Grace Bay beach, which means the beach was practically like having a private beach, and evenings were quiet. Getting all over the island is easy if you have a car, which I would recommend.

Sea la vie is a quiet and relaxing place. The unit is as advertised and super clean. The long bay beach is a few minutes walk from the property has beautiful sunrise, paddle board, kayaks, portable chairs and umbrella are complementary by sea la vie.Majid the Host was helpful to answer any question we had.

What an awesome location and condo! Me and my wife had a fantastic stay at Jason’s condo. Great location, very close to the beach. I loved that the condo was a bit more secluded but the same time very close to everything. You can snorkel all day long right by the smith’s reef and make sure you follow all Jason’s recommendations. You won’t regret! We are definitely coming back!

Very comfortable spot. Nice beach, very nice pool and hot tub. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well cared for. A little bit of a drive to most of the restaurants and even better beaches. Everything seems to be about 20 to 25 min. away, partially on a gravel road, but that was no problem. We liked getting out and tooling around the island. Sapodilla bay was our favorite. All and all a great place to stay!

This our third stay with Daniel at the Yacht Club. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. The terrace gets lovely sunsets and it’s fun to see the activity in the marina below. We have never had a mosquito issue. There are sturdy beach chairs, a small cooler and a quality umbrella. The in-door ice and water dispenser on the frig is very useful. The kitchen is set up to cook meals if you decide not to enjoy the very walkable local restaurants or the short drive to town. We recommend Daniel’s place and will be back.

The pictures do not do this condo justice ! It is a fabulous condo within a beautiful condo resort just steps from leeward beach a hop and a skip from the main grace bay drag. We traveled with our children and the condo was absolutely perfect for them. Not only is the condo fully stocked with necessities Danielle gave a detailed check In message which included grocery and wine recommendations which we absolutely used . This is our 2nd time traveling to the island ( first time staying at Danielle's condo) and won't be our last. We will absolutely be looking to rebook for next year's spring break at Danielle condo!

First let me say that Mark was more than helpful with all of the communication from the very start. This was our first trip to Turks and I was messaging with Mark with regularity. Mark responded 100% of the time and not only that l, responded with fantastic information to which we were never disappointed! We loved the rental and loved the location. We can't wait to come back and use this place again. Mark made it easy to want to make this a regular trip on our calendar! We are thankful to have found this fantastic host and home.

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo! It was very clean, had amazing views, and was well stocked with everything we needed. We used the beach equipment daily and it was super helpful to have available to us. We walked down to Smith's Reef for snorkeling and it took about 20 minutes to get there. I would recommend a car to fully enjoy the island, this location was central to most places within a short drive. Yonette communicated everything we needed and helped with restaurant recommendations as well. Overall the property was fairly quiet, but we did have a neighbor that was a bit noisy at times (the balconies are adjacent with just a wooden barricade for privacy). There were mosquitoes in the evening so the provided insect repellant was appreciated. Since it is a top floor unit, be prepared to carry all luggage and beach equipment up several flights of stairs (the views are worth it!)

Loved our stay at Gemma’s. Host had detailed binder prepared that answered most of our questions, and she was very responsive to any questions that did come up. We really loved having access to beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, beach towels. Also appreciated the access to washer dryer if needed. Terrace was beautiful as well. Heated pool was not heated until our last day when they installed a new heat pump, but the hot tub was always wonderful. Quick drive to Smith’s Reef, Grace Bay. A little further to Sapodilla and Taylor Bay but well worth the drive even during traffic! Loved our stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. Roberto’s place was exactly as advertised. We especially liked being about to walk to restaurants each evening. We appreciated Roberto’s recommendations and checked out many of them. The beach chairs and umbrellas were put to good use!
