Monthly Rentals in North Brother Island

Don was so friendly and it was wonderful to be able to stay at his place. The room was spacious and had lots of plants! It was clean and nice to have a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The apartment was really close to a subway which was convenient. At night, the place could be a little loud due to street noise but it was okay for the most part. I had a lovely time staying and would highly recommend it!

We really loved our stay at this apartment. It is clean and more spacious than the photos. It’s located in an ideal space, safe and within two minutes of a major subway stop. The view is spectacular. Channelta was a very responsive host, allowing a flexible check in and covering all laundry costs. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. WiFi and fire stick worked great. The neighbors were pleasant and the building is beautiful, with a great gym and rooftop deck. The only very minor inconveniences were something, maybe air purifier?, rigged up to the window that lets in the sounds outside. Also, there is only on street parking (none in the building) but we were easily able to find a space right outside overnight. We’d love to return here next time we’re in NYC!

Eliot was an amazing host we stayed 2.5 months with my friend he helped us with everything we needed! We felt like home since day one. Super close to the train station. Our overall experience was amazing and I definitely recommend the place to stay!

stay went great, place looked as pictured and checkin and checkout went smoothly. place is roomy and worked great for my sister and I. overall the area is convenient to walk to and from bus stop or subway station with some nearby food spots and convenience stores, but good to use common sense late at night. Raymond was responsive and provided everything needed. There was a plumbing mishap near the beginning of the stay, and Raymond came out asap to take care of it which was extremely appreciated. I would recommend staying here, and would stay here again if in NYC. also laundry machines were very convenient.
