Carolina was the perfect host with a gorgeous apartment. Everything is as beautiful as the pictures and the place really feels like home. Carolina really thought of everything and you can tell she really cares about her guests. From the welcome treats to the cute notes around the house to the fully stocked kitchen, the linen closet, and the toys and game drawers! Thank you so much for opening up your home to me and my family. Everything was just perfect!

The unit is clean, comfortable and well designed. The location is ideal. Steps to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. I have stayed a different buildings nearby over the years and this building is my favourite so far. In my view, the building is well maintained and well managed.

The place was very clean and pretty as advertised. The location is great. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Great location, quiet area but short walking distance to amenities and busier streets. The hosts were very friendly and responsive, linen was clean, beds were comfy, toiletries present in the bathroom. There is a dehumidifier which helped keep the humidity out. Air con and heating worked well. Thanks so much for having us and we would book again!

The place was fantastic! The apartment was clean and offered a beautiful sea view. The building features a convenient parking garage, and we enjoyed breakfast downstairs. The pool and ocean experience were wonderful, with towels and lounge chairs included, making it all the more relaxing.

Chloe was an amazing host, great energy, did checkin’s with me often to ensure we had a great stay, the location was perfect! I’d absolutely stay again!

I would recommend Scott’s place over and over! My husband and I traveled to Miami to celebrate my birthday weekend. Upon my arrival, Scott had left balloons and a delicious assortment of gourmet cookies from a local bakery. The place was easy to find, even better in person than in the already beautiful pictures, in a peaceful neighborhood but still close to everything. He was super responsive to any questions we had, and provided suggestions to local favorites. The pool area was beautiful, everything was well thought out and decorated. The property itself is very clean and well taken care of. We will stay over and over again whenever we have the chance. Do not hesitate to book! Thank you Scott!

Great place to spend a few days in Miami Beach

I had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly communicative and made sure I had everything I needed. They even left a thoughtful selection of drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming and hassle-free experience!

Ben’s apartment had a view that’s breathtakingly beautiful where you can see the ocean, and the surrounding areas in full view with no obstructions. Place was clean and all glass mirrors and furniture. We were 2 couples and we enjoyed our stay very much. Very quiet place, and friendly people all around. We did not cook at all as we just walked to the restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Great location in Coconut Grove!

A very relax place, but at the Same time close to good restaurants, the beach , places to do shopping. Leslie was very attentive to us, the apartment is very clean and it has a beautiful pool.

Brian's place was just as advertised. Clean, convenient, close to pier 5. Walking distance to good food and night life. Close and drivable to area attractions like South Beach and Little Havana which we went to and had a fabulous time. Great view of Miami's harbour. Awesome in house amenities like a pool and work out area. Safe and secure in the building as well as elevators, coffee shop and leaving the building. Attached parking garage was a plus and we where able to park right outside our unit on the 15th floor. Overall a 5 star experience and Brian helped make it happen.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great for what we needed and the host was very helpful. If you are looking for a unique and quiet place to relax this is a great choice.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE staying at John Wallace’s properties in Miami. They are beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. John is super attentive and a great host. He is mastering the art of hospitality and has a great future in this realm of business.

Great apartment, great kitchen amenities - has all you could want if, like us, you like to cook and eat in the apartment. The apartment is well furnished and has a nice indoor space, with a lovely shady cool outside space. It has decent firm beds, good shower and comfortable chairs / sofas in the living room The wifi was stable and fast (super important to those of us on a "workcation" Walkable to good local coffee bars, supermarkets, restaurants and the fab Miami Trolley. Our favourite Miami Air B'n'B so far Will be coming here again if life allows :)
