North Beach, Miami Beach beach accommodations

Great stay & there were some really nice small touches that made my stay a little better. Like the water bottles in the fridge and some small snacks and stuff on the counter. Questionable neighborhood, but I felt safe.

A great place to stay and Arash’s description is exactly what you will see when you arrive. This was my second time staying at this property (it’s my go to place), first place I check for availability. The only not so good thing is availability, lol!!! I can’t say one thing bad about anything at this property. I can’t say I am so grateful to have found it and look forward to staying again!!!!

Brian's place was just as advertised. Clean, convenient, close to pier 5. Walking distance to good food and night life. Close and drivable to area attractions like South Beach and Little Havana which we went to and had a fabulous time. Great view of Miami's harbour. Awesome in house amenities like a pool and work out area. Safe and secure in the building as well as elevators, coffee shop and leaving the building. Attached parking garage was a plus and we where able to park right outside our unit on the 15th floor. Overall a 5 star experience and Brian helped make it happen.

Lidia's home was great. My husband and I hosted our 3 (adult) boys, one daughter in law and our 10 month old grandson. The house was great for all the people. Pool was clean and warm. Outside was very comfortable. We had beautiful weather so spent all our time outside. Bonus was the outdoor projector which we hooked to our computer and watched great music videos. Kitchen was well appointed. The only thing missing was a bottle opener. The area is not much to see but it was fine as we just wanted to be home and spend time together. There are grocery stores, a gas station and some fast food close by. Traffic was horrible everywhere you went but that had nothing to do with the house. Otherwise - all great and we would return! The location was perfect and the unit had everything we needed for a great stay. Gorgeous views and walking distance to shopping and restaurants and the music festival. When I first requested the booking, it was for a 2 bedroom, but the host let me know that there was only a 1 bedroom available. Knowing that the location was exactly where I needed to be, I was okay with taking the 1 bedroom. The front desk did need me to provide the host's last name and phone number so I would recommend requesting that information before you arrive. Fortunately, Hanna was available to call the front desk and confirm my reservation. Overall, check-in took a little longer than expected, but they were very pleasant. Great place to stay and very friendly host. would definitely stay here again!

We recently stayed at this lovely apartment in Sunny Isles, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home. The clean, modern, and thoughtfully decorated space creates a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The large windows let in tons of natural light, making the apartment bright and airy. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and convenience stores, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly attentive and responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had and offering great recommendations for places to visit in the area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a major plus. The building also offered secure parking, which was a bonus in this area. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Sunny Isles. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Dimi was a pleasure to work with! Very responsive, always friendly and helpful. We left an item behind that was very important to my daughter, and Dimi really went above and beyond to be sure it was identified and returned. We are very grateful! Location is close to casino and beach, as well as Publix and restaurants. The unit has a lovely kitchen, furniture is a bit worn but quite comfortable and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. I would recommend this Airbnb, priced well and plenty of room for our crew of 6.
