Beautifully decorated, wonderfully useful design and provisioned. We had a chance to stay at two of Lorelei’s Arya Condo - a 2 bd and a 1 bd. Both were immaculate with nice touches like coffee and creamer to start the stay, some snacks for the hungry traveler. I ask for her to help us smoothly transition from one unit to the other and it was a breeze. Excellent value, fantastic views, perfect location for all the spots in the grove.

Amazing place. I booked this spot last minute due to complications with my original booking and the place was spotless. Responsive host and the check in was easy. Building is beautiful and the area is very peaceful. Hot spot location and everything is pretty close so if you didn’t want to rent a car you could get away with Ubering. Mia airport was literally a 15min drive soo very to easy to commute when it’s time to pack. I could continue on but in other words amazing stay !!

I had a great time staying with my parents. And it's so close to Little Havana we walked there every night!

I visited with my family, and had a super nice stay. house was very clean and comfortable. Delphine was very easy to communicate. we liked our stay, and definitely recommend this apartment.

everything was great, nice litte place just enough for 1 or 2 people for a nice getaway. it's perfect if you're going to going to the Hard Rock stadium for a event. the neighborhood was quiet the 4 days I was there.

House was clean with plenty of space. Location was outside of the hustle but close to things to do.

i cant complain for the price it was great only need somewhere to lay your head at night after a long day modern set up and the main road is right there no noise inside and I love that the owners comes to check on you and he is a text away next time I will just request a ground floor unit when I’m shopping

The home was welcoming, clean, very comfortable. Excellent kitchen supplies sugar/spices condiments (which we added too) to cook with. Appreciated 3 different nice coffee appliances. Nice bedding and comfortable beds. Bathrooms are small but nice. Nice towels, beach towels. Beach chairs and coolers available. Outdoor seating areas were nice. comfortable new cushions, pillows. Everything was good quality and great working order. We enjoyed the heated pool. Thanks Nick for the easy last minute check in. We had a great stay!

What a lovely condo! Very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Five minutes away from the beach. Made life with my two daughters Very manageable. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to be near the beach and likes to have wide open space. Thanks again!!

All I can say is AMAZINGGGGG!!!! Beautiful interior, amazing pool and basketball court. The cleanliness, the peaceful neighborhood. This home was nothing short of amazing. It was a great size for a large group with ample amount of space left over. I would absolutely book again but would plan travels to Miami accordingly due to traffic from Hollywood.

The location was great. The house was clean and spacious enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone had a great time. Steve was a excellent host.

Very quiet place to be at. Not too far from Fort Lauderdale Beach. Lady answer all questions in a timely manner. Very clean upon arrival. I will definitely book her again.

We had a great stay at Dania Beach. The flat was clean, bright and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. It was great to have an outdoor area, a place to sit in the morning b4 the heat stepped up. The beds were very comfortable, but pillows a bit over- stuffed. Ceiling fans very much appreciated. Lots of storage, fluffy towels ❤️, great TV. Very quiet , despite being only a minutes walk from main road.
