The townhouse is beautiful, clean, and very close to a lot of great restaurants and activities. The hosts are very nice and respond quickly when contacted. 100% recommended.

We had an incredible stay at this townhome in Chattanooga! The 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath layout was perfect for our family, giving everyone plenty of space to relax. The home was private, quiet, and exceptionally clean, which made it feel like a true retreat. The location was fantastic—close to supermarkets, great restaurants, and all the attractions we wanted to visit. It was so convenient to have everything we needed just a short drive away. The host was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a family-friendly, spacious, and well-located home in Chattanooga, this is it. We highly recommend it and would absolutely stay here again!

Our stay here was great! We brought our dog and the location couldn’t be better - a great park right out front, plus coffee shops within walking distance! Comfortable bed and living space!

Friendly hosts; very responsive. Great location & safe area. The guests upstairs were a little noisy during day hours, but nothing the hosts could control. Would stay again!

very nice place. kitchen was clean and ready to cook in. living room and sofa was comfy. beds were nice. fresh linens and extra blankets. bathrooms were clean and well stocked.

Great place to stay! (Lots of stairs so probably not your place if you can’t handle them!) Really nice townhouse with assigned parking! Close to tons of restaurants and bars. Uber was less than $10 for any trip we took from the place! Kristen was a great host! Incredibly accommodating! Great recommendations for restaurants in town! Highly recommend staying with her! When going to dinner, you HAVE to have Ernest Chinese. Great food and great drinks!

This was the perfect location for a weekend get away.. The house was very comfortable for 8 Adults. Highly recommend! Everything was perfect!

We stayed at Colton's place for a girls weekend with my cousins. The layout was great for each of us to have our own rooms and space. The living room and kitchen were comfortable for hanging out and catching up. Colton's place was clean and nicely decorated. Colton responded quickly to all communication. It should be noted that the townhouse is on 4 floors. One bedroom on the 1st floor, 2 on the third floor, and 1 on the 4th floor. The living room and kitchen were on the 2nd floor. It worked great for us, and could be a little tricky if someone has mobility issues.

This cozy gem was exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend away. With plenty of delicious food, shopping and attractions nearby. Ray's photography is tastefully displayed throughout this beautiful home. The large windows provide a clear view of the many birds that come to feed on the deck. The birds are very entertaining. We thoroughly enjoyed them. The deck is beautiful and roomy. Everything we needed and more was provided. The property was tidy and clean and felt safe. This location feels spiritual, calming and heavenly. You can't go wrong with this home. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you Ray, Sage and your team.

Absolutely pleased with the location and accommodations. We would definitely stay here again, really no reason to leave the townhouse. It is surrounded by great restaurants, bars, so many things to do... Chattanooga is on our list to come back too soon.

Such a lovely, warm and inviting space. It was perfect for what we needed. We felt safe and welcome in the gated community.

The inside looked exactly like the pictures but the outside was even more gorgeous than what the pictures show, it was clean and the communication was phenomenal. The host even left us a s’mores welcome gift. The instructions were very clear and the beds were comfy!! 10/10 place that I’ll definitely stay at again! The river gorge view on the way to the place is amazing and really a hidden gem here

We loved Lauren’s space! For our family of 8 the layout was great and location was convenient to sight seeing and restaurants. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated! Lauren was proactive on sending us messages, making it easy for us to get settled and clean up before departing!

Great place to stay, 34 bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of closet. Space. Be sure you’re good with walking up and down stairs (3 stories). Convenient location and a full parking lot behind the building provides plenty of parking spaces.

We are moving from Texas so we needed a temp place to live so I can start my work while we sale our house in Texas. We didn't really know which area to book and the reviews for this location was all very positive so I took a chance and booked this place. My husband and I absolutely love the location because it was safe, friendly and close to everything. There was so much to do and we were able to walk everywhere. The condo looked just like the pictures online and it reminded us of our first condo in Ohio when we first got married. We stayed at this location for 1 month and would have stayed longer. However, our Texas house sold quickly so we had to find another place with a fenced in yard so we can bring our dogs from Texas. We highly recommend this place because it's in a great location, the condo is very clean and the host is very helpful and responsive.

We had a great relaxing time. Area is quiet and very close to the up and coming south side. We had a couple issues arise however Brad was incredibly responsive and took care of those issues promptly! We had a memorable New Year! We would definitely visit again!
