Monthly Rentals in Niagara County

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Besides the foot of snow we got while we were there, everything was absolutely perfect! the beds were comfortable. There were enough blankets, sheets, towels....everything that we needed was already right there. Washer and dryer were definitely a plus especially after sightseeing in the snow.!! There were two shovels and salt for us to use. Both mornings a plow driver came for the driveway. I will definitely will be using him again. So close to niagara falls!!!!

Wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed one night as it was along our route to another destination. If you have dogs, make sure they are leashed in the backyard as we saw in the notes about the cliff (we arrived in the dark, so this was helpful to know).

It's a great little spot. Not too far from the Falls or near downtown Buffalo. if you're looking for a good place near Niagara Falls, this is a great place!

This was our second time staying, and we will definitely be back. Brian is a wonderful, responsive host. He was very helpful with shoveling when we got stuck in a snow bank due to an unexpected storm. He was kind enough to gift us a bottle of wine, for all the struggles of our weekend. There were some snacks, and bottles of water for us to enjoy.
