Great price, recently refurbished, clean and accurately portrayed in the images, really friendly/responsive host, clear instructions to check in/out. Overall, it’s a really nice place to stay. May need minor adjustments but these come with feedback over time. I would come back to this place! Thanks

Amazing place to stay and one of my favourites in Hanoi. Everything is so cozy, clean and warm. The bed is super comfortable, and I especially liked the air dehumidifier and air purifier in the room, they make the air feel much better and more relaxing. Veggie buffet, restaurants and west lake close by and the fact that it’s inside a spa made my stay feel even more luxurious.

Giao and his family went up and beyond with offering help and services. Quiet area but just a 10 minutes walk to the (north of the) old city quarters.

Great stay. Flexible comfortable check in, not via reception. Accommodates earlier check in according to guest needs. Supported as soon as there was a problem. Ask and respond almost immediately. Convenient to travel and clean. Will visit again sometime. Appreciate it for the money.
