Monthly Rentals in Nghia Tan

I had a long stay here due to me being in Vietnam for 3 months. Though I had left a few times during the stay to do various things for as long as a week at a time, every time I came back it was easy to get back in and the host always asked if they could clean during that time. I did have an issue with the lock partway through the first month, but the host lent us a physical key for it and replaced the faulty pad making sure we could always get in and out easily. I did need to leave early due to a flight cancellation causing my leaving flight to be rescheduled for much earlier than originally planned, I reached out to the host to let her know, and there were no problems at all. Overall, the stay here was great and definitely worth looking at, especially if you plan to stay longer and want somewhere to act as your temporary home.

It was so nice here. Great apartment, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Easy to use Grab to get to Hanoi Old Quarter for just 3 to 4€. Nice ladys downstairs :) I will be back :)

the place is amazing both location and interior wise. given the price, it beats any hotels in the area. the place can be accessed by both car and bike. the room is updated with modern look. bath room is new and clean, which is rare in Vietnam Airbnb and hotel.
